My main issue is that the cleaning functions don't work correctly. I have tried my hardest to clean only for it eventually block and stop working once out of warranty .This is now an issue I need to pay to fix.Has proved a waste of moneyMu machine is (was) 5 years old. It initially stopped working after 2 years. Problems were numerous. It was repaired by the excellent Coffee Classics company, but it proved the first of about 6 repairs - even being returned to their workshop at one point. Problems were numerous; terrible noises, steam pouring out from underneath, the temperature not stopping where it should, tripping the fuse and not being able to go though the descaling prorgamme. This is an extremely expensive machine and so we are obviously very upset and I have to advise people to stay away from they machine and possibly all Sage coffee machines.Legendary service
