6 Wash programs
Choose from 6 wash programs, including Auto 45-65 ℃, Pots and Pans 70℃, Intensive 65℃, Normal 45℃, Quick 45℃, and Pre-rinse. Whether you're washing fragile glassware or heavily soiled pots and pans, there's a setting to match your needs.
AutoBrilliance automatic detergent sensor
The AutoBrilliance function will automatically adapt program temperatures and water levels to ensure the detergent tablet is used as effectively as possible. The result is sparkling clean dishes every time.
DosageAssist detergent system
The DosageAssist function is designed to maximise the effectiveness of detergent tablets. At the beginning of the wash cycle the detergent tablet drops into the specially designed tray, where it dissolves evenly instead of lodging between crockery or not dissolving completely.
This function helps you save even more water during the wash. A sensor measures the amount of soiling at the end of the pre-rinse cycle, and if soiling is only slight, the water is reused for the main wash. This can save up to 20% of water for the entire wash.
VarioSpeed express wash option
With VarioSpeed, you can choose to approximately double the speed of virtually any dishwashing program without sacrificing results.
IntensiveZone wash option
This function saves you the chore of scrubbing dirty pots and pans. The entire bottom basket is transformed into a power cleaning zone with increased spray pressure and a higher cleaning temperature, while in the top basket, delicate glasses and dishes are protected.

invoice from your purchase to make a claim.
If you lose your original tax invoice please let us know and we'll re-issue it.
Note that most small appliances have no "in-house service".
If your appliance requires servicing you will be required to take it to your nearest approved service agent.
These agents can be located by contacting your manufacturer directly.
Commercial Customer Care Plan
If you're buying something that will be used in a commercial environment, the manufacturer's
warranty covers a maximum of the first 3 months only.
Extended Customer Care Plan and Business Customer Care Plan
Appliances Online offers an extended Customer Care Plan that covers parts and labour required
for repair of goods that suffer mechanical or electrical failure within Australia,
for a period of up to 3 years outside the term of the standard manufacturer's warranty.

Appliances Online will donate $5 to the Victor Chang Institute for every Extended Warranty purchase made when you buy a Fridge & Freezer, Dishwasher or Wine Fridge.
If your goods are deemed faulty following confirmation by the manufacturer you may replace them free of charge by calling 1300 000 500.
If you notice any damage to your goods please notify our delivery team at the time of delivery. We recommend you thoroughly inspect your goods at this time. If you notice any damage to your goods within 24 hours of receiving delivery please notify Appliances Online immediately. Evidence of damage will be required i.e. photographs.
If for any other reason you need to return an item please call the Appliances Online customer help line on 1300 000 500 within 5 business days of receiving delivery.
If your goods remain boxed and unopen you may return them within 30 days for a full refund. A collection fee of $50 or the amount of your delivery fee if it was greater than $50 will apply.
If your goods have been unboxed but otherwise are as new (have not been used or connected) a 20% restocking fee (20% of your purchase price) will apply. Appliances Online does not deal with factory seconds, damaged or open goods and charges restocking fees to cover return costs. A collection fee of $50 or the amount of your delivery fee if it was greater than $50 will apply.
Please note, if you have requested connection of your goods Appliances Online will unbox the product for you at the time of delivery. Also, we recommend you inspect your new goods thoroughly at the time of delivery.
We will organise for your return goods to be collected. Goods are usually collected within 3 days.
You as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made.
All refunds will be issued when goods have arrived back to an Appliances Online warehouse and have been inspected by a member of our team. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase.
We are unable to accept return of any goods that you have attempted to install or have used.

Great dishwasher so far. I've had no problems and it washes perfectly. I love the way the cutlery rack is a draw at the top of the washer. It uses space that otherwise would not be used, cleans better and leaves more space in the lower rack for bigger items. It is extremely quiet and does a great job. JaneGlossodia, NSW
Love it, love it. Best dishwasher I have ever
owned, and have had Asko and Dishlex before. Looks good,
cleans and dries beautifully, plenty of cycle options, and
despite others' worries about the cutlery tray,
it's a winner! Easy to put away cutlery after being
perfectly cleaned and dried. Yes a long cycle, but

The dishwasher is excellent, we are very
pleased to have chosen the model with the cutlery drawer.
This takes away from space in the other baskets but the
middle drawer is easily hight adjustable and is used now
where on our previous 2 drawer Bosch we never bothered with

Overall I am finding this a great product. One small grievance - the cutlery drawer at the top is a great feature but if you want to wash wine glasses (or tall glasses) they don't fit with the drawer in and you have to remove it which is a little fiddly. I love Appliances Online, we have had fantastic service in the past and that is why we keep going back. They went beyond their responsibilities when we had trouble with an 5mth old Electrolux washing machine we purchased via them by providing us with a washing machine for the 4 weeks that Electrolux took to remove a coin and paid half the riduculous cost of the removal. BEWARE: as Electrolux have an inhouse repair policy within warranty period, if its not covered by the warranty you are up for cost and Electrolux charge 3 times the going hourly rate, plus delivery to their repair depot! Surprisingly foreign items (what clothes in a wm are foreign?) include socks, handies and undies and understandably coins and hairpins. So BRAVO Appliances Online and we will never buy another Electrolux appliance again. Only down side was they only deliver once a week to our area and the next week was a public holiday on that day so it took over two weeks for our Bosch dishwasher to be delivered, but soooo worth the wait :) RiMADDINGLEY, VIC
Basically, they provide great service at the best available price, with free and fast delivery. Can't really get better than that can you?
With previous orders, I found they offered the best prices available on products I was interested in. With this order, other online retailers were offering slightly lower prices but their customer service and response to queries was not nearly as good as Appliances Online (sometimes lacking), and Appliances Online matched the lowest price I found, so I of course ordered from AOL.

Overall impression of Applicances Online was very good. Website was easy to naigate and perform transaction (only improvement I could see would be a product comparison). Phone manner and customer service was very good....they spoke poiltely, understood carefully what the issues were and were able to relate. The team were very effective at problem solving a return after I incorrectly ordered the wrong product. Their competitiveness was also very attractive. All good - easy and friendly and arrived as promised in good condition. Locals who delivered and installed were not 100%. There was about 3 of them and between them they seemed to have a lot of knowledge but were a bit haphazard and left the job in not a great state. An example of what I mean by this is that the outlet hose from the dishwasher to the drain was left dangling across our saucepans in the cupboard rather than attached to wall of cupboard.
