Advanced filter system
The filter in this Bosch dishwasher offers 50% more surface area, allowing for 15% more water to be circulated through the system. This creates even greater cleaning power, and also makes the filter easier to remove and clean.
DosageAssist detergent system
The DosageAssist function is designed to maximise the effectiveness of detergent tablets. At the beginning of the wash cycle the detergent tablet drops into the specially designed tray, where it dissolves evenly instead of lodging between crockery or not dissolving completely.
AutoBrilliance automatic detergent sensor
The AutoBrilliance function will automatically adapt program temperatures and water levels to ensure the detergent tablet is used as effectively as possible. The result is sparkling clean dishes every time.
AquaSensor™ technology
This function helps you save even more water during the wash. A sensor measures the amount of soiling at the end of the pre-rinse cycle, and if soiling is only slight, the water is reused for the main wash. This can save up to 20% of water for the entire wash.
HalfLoad Plus
Unlike other systems that only wash in either the top of bottom baskets, Bosch HalfLoad Plus delivers superior wash performance regardless of where your dishes are stacked.
IntensiveZone wash option
This function saves you the chore of scrubbing dirty pots and pans. The entire bottom basket is transformed into a power cleaning zone with increased spray pressure and a higher cleaning temperature, while in the top basket, delicate glasses and dishes are protected.
HygienePlus option
This option provides a hotter final rinse, which makes it perfect for cleaning cooking utensils, glass jars, and chopping boards.
Heat Exchanger
The Heat Exchanger function utilises the existing heat from the main wash cycle to preheat the incoming rinse water, which saves energy and reduces temperature shocks to your dishes. It also facilitates faster and more hygienic drying.

Commercial Customer Care Plan

Return policy
If your goods are deemed faulty following confirmation by the manufacturer you may replace them free of charge by calling 1300 000 500.
If you notice any damage to your goods please notify our delivery team at the time of delivery. We recommend you thoroughly inspect your goods at this time. If you notice any damage to your goods within 24 hours of receiving delivery please notify Appliances Online immediately. Evidence of damage will be required i.e. photographs.
If for any other reason you need to return an item please call the Appliances Online customer help line on 1300 000 500 within 5 business days of receiving delivery.
If your goods remain boxed and unopen you may return them within 30 days for a full refund. A collection fee of $50 or the amount of your delivery fee if it was greater than $50 will apply.
If your goods have been unboxed but otherwise are as new (have not been used or connected) a 20% restocking fee (20% of your purchase price) will apply. Appliances Online does not deal with factory seconds, damaged or open goods and charges restocking fees to cover return costs. A collection fee of $50 or the amount of your delivery fee if it was greater than $50 will apply.
Please note, if you have requested connection of your goods Appliances Online will unbox the product for you at the time of delivery. Also, we recommend you inspect your new goods thoroughly at the time of delivery.
We will organise for your return goods to be collected. Goods are usually collected within 3 days.
You as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made.
All refunds will be issued when goods have arrived back to an Appliances Online warehouse and have been inspected by a member of our team. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase.
We are unable to accept return of any goods that you have attempted to install or have used.

I have used this dishwahser many times now. It is so quite that you think that it is not on. The only thing i found negative about this machine is that the botton draw does slip off its hinges very easily but if you don,t pull it out too far it is okay. Washes the dishes beautifully. Gelsomina

A cutlery basket should have been supplied at this top end model. I bought it because of champagne & wine glasses were to fit easily into the dishwasher but the top cutlery draw is in the way. A cutlery basket is more convieniant than hand feeding into slots. How much to get one please. The machine has provision for the over head sprayer if the top draw is taken out therefore a cutlery basket should be provided. Thanks. Phillip

Replaced a Blanco that had lasted 20 years (10 with tenants using it) with this Bosch. So far so good. Turning it on the first time we didn't think it was working because it is SOOOO quiet- a big plus in an open plan house!
Have tried most of the settings with a variety of dish/pan types rinsed and mucky and it washes really well on all cycles (has turned our glasses back to crystal clear after they went milky in the old Blanco).
The drying complaint is best fixed by pressing the hygiene button- extra heat at the end of the cycle and of course empty from bottom to top.
Would have rated it excellent except for the length of the cycles (2 1/2 hours for normal cycle when everything seems clean after 30 mins...I still need to experiment as it's very new to our household.
In any case I'd highly recommend it and good value for money too!!! Louise

its fantastic, very (VERY) quiet and i love the delayed start. also all the features are fun to play with (especially the pre rinse) - the only thing that's not so great is that often a piece or 2 of cutlery comes out...not clean. but if i use pre-rinse (a 15-minute cycle) it's not an issue, and if i do use the pre rinse, i find i can just use the 60-min cycle and the dishes get quite clean, saving me some time. i often set it to run overnight, so it ends when i'm getting up at 6:30. - also love the cutlery drawer! tracy

No problems with the old dishwasher but can now see a huge difference in the way our dishes look after a wash. They are so shiny. The Bosch is SO SO quiet. I was amazed to get on line, find the product I wanted at an amazing
price (no-one else came near it) and have it at my door the following
day. Initially I wasn't home, and most of the issues I had come up
against with regards to deliveries resulted in resentful service, but
appliances online (Specifically Mark) gave me the friendliest service
I have come across and went above and beyond to get my dishwasher
