Standard warranty
All our products come with full manufacturer's warranty. Note that you'll need the tax invoice from your purchase to make a claim. If you lose your original tax invoice, please let us know, and we'll re-issue it.

Commercial warranty
If you're buying something that will be used in a commercial environment, the manufacturer's warranty covers a maximum of the first 3 months only. Note that all Westinghouse, Kelvinator, Chef, Simpson, Electrolux and Dishlex dishwashers come with no commercial warranty.

Extended warranty and business warranty
Appliances Online offers an extended warranty that covers parts and labour required for repair of goods that suffer mechanical or electrical failure within Australia, for a period of up to 3 years outside the term of the standard manufacturer's warranty. (Subject to some brief terms and conditions).
The extended warranty is offered by Wesfarmers General Insurance Limited trading as Lumley Insurance ABN 24 000 036 279.

Payment

You can pay using...
You can pay with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. By arrangement, you can also use bank transfer (EFT) or Diners Club card (call 1300 000 500 to arrange these options). Alternatively, you can pay on delivery (COD) with cash, cheque (bank and personal cheques with matching ID) or credit card.

No transaction fees
Importantly, no matter which payment method you use, you won't pay any transaction fees. We absorb them all.

Return policy

Damaged goods
If the goods you bought arrive damaged in any way, you can return them free of charge. (If the damage can't be seen, you need to obtain confirmation of the damage from the manufacturer before returning the goods to us.) Please call 1300 000 500 to arrange return. Once you have returned the goods, you can choose to have us replace them or refund you the purchase price plus return delivery fees.

Undamaged goods
If you do decide to return something that is not damaged, you can do so within 7 days of receiving it if it has not been unboxed. Note that an $80 collection fee will apply. Please call 1300 000 500 for more details.

If the goods are to be returned within 3 days of receiving them, and they have been unboxed at any point, a 20% re stocking fee will apply, as we can no longer sell this product through Appliances Online (it is no longer new).

This is the basic model, but only lacking in a few bells & whistles. It does it's job well but as with modern appliances, it is aware of the energy star rating & so does not have quite the guts of older dishwashers & needs good rinse aid to dry properly. Well designed for loading, quiet & well built.

Works well for a basic dishwasher - only issue is the 45 degree cycle doesn't dry the dishes, so must be left or wiped by hand.

I selected this model from a choice review published in Feb. 2010 which nomiated it as best buy from its testing. I am very happy with it and it is a vast improvement on old LG which you kindly took away.

Decided on this model as it ticked most of the boxes I was looking for. The price offered through Appliances Online was the best I could find, and it had performed very well in the **** (online magazine) testing. So far it has performed very well for us also, with the various wash cycles behaving as described in the manual. It is very economical to run for both water and electricity usage, and does a great job on the dishes as well.

Cleans very well in general. 45 degree wash sometimes does not dry everything perfectly, but the higher temp washes work perfectly.

So far the dishwasher seems very good although the knife rack is poorly designed - it hits on the top of the dishwasher and makes it hard to stack mugs under it - so I've removed it . The dishwasher is very easy to use and washes beautifully but it doesn't dry very well. I'd already read this in reviews so it wasn't a surprise.

When our old dishwasher died we were left with two problems. One was where to get a decent replacement at a good price, and the other was what to do with the old one. After a bit of shopping around it came as a huge relief that we could get a great price, free and fast delivery, plus disposal of the old unit without having to go any further than a trip to the Appliances Online website. A All Bosch dishwashers use a very economic heat exchange drying system which can not be turned off. The heat exchange drying system mixes hot and cold air in the tub to create condensation leaving dishes fairly dry. The drying cycle would only cost a few dollars per year to run so I believe the feature worthwhile.

Q The height of this Bosch dishwasher is 845mm, the exact height of my underbench space. How is the "minimum height of 815mm" achieved - are the feet adjustable, or do you have to remove the top (as with my current - defunct - machine)?

A The way that the minimum height is achieved is, the feet can be adjusted down which will give you an additional 15mm and once the top is removed this will also give you an additional 15 mm giving you an over all clearance of 30mm.

A This dishwasher I would not describe as portable. Although it has a lid and does not need to be fixed into cabinetry it has no wheels nor can any be purchased for it to make it portable. A The standard drain and inlet are 1500mm long. Extension inlet and outlet hoses can be purchased direct from the manufacturer only.
