Advanced filter system

DosageAssist detergent system

AutoBrilliance automatic detergent sensor

All our products come with full manufacturer's warranty. Note that you'll need the tax
invoice from your purchase to make a claim. If you lose your original tax invoice,
please let us know, and we'll re-issue it. Note that most small appliances have no "in-house service".
If your appliance requires servicing you will be required to take it to your nearest approved service agent.
These agents can be located by contacting your manufacturer directly.
Commercial warranty
If you're buying something that will be used in a commercial environment, the manufacturer's
warranty covers a maximum of the first 3 months only. Note that all Electrolux, Westinghouse and
Dishlex dishwashers come with no commercial warranty.
Extended warranty and business warranty
Appliances Online offers an extended warranty that covers parts and labour required
for repair of goods that suffer mechanical or electrical failure within Australia,
for a period of up to 3 years outside the term of the standard manufacturer's warranty.

Return policy
If your goods are deemed faulty following confirmation by the manufacturer you may replace them free of charge by calling 1300 000 500.
If you notice any damage to your goods please notify our delivery team at the time of delivery. We recommend you thoroughly inspect your goods at this time. If you notice any damage to your goods within 24 hours of receiving delivery please notify Appliances Online immediately. Evidence of damage will be required i.e. photographs.
If for any other reason you need to return an item please call the Appliances Online customer help line on 1300 000 500 within 5 business days of receiving delivery.
If your goods remain boxed and unopen you may return them within 30 days for a full refund. A collection fee of $50 or the amount of your delivery fee if it was greater than $50 will apply.
If your goods have been unboxed but otherwise are as new (have not been used or connected) a 20% restocking fee (20% of your purchase price) will apply. Appliances Online does not deal with factory seconds, damaged or open goods and charges restocking fees to cover return costs. A collection fee of $50 or the amount of your delivery fee if it was greater than $50 will apply.
Please note, if you have requested connection of your goods Appliances Online will unbox the product for you at the time of delivery. Also, we recommend you inspect your new goods thoroughly at the time of delivery.
We will organise for your return goods to be collected. Goods are usually collected within 3 days.
You as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made.
All refunds will be issued when goods have arrived back to an Appliances Online warehouse and have been inspected by a member of our team. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase.
We are unable to accept return of any goods that you have attempted to install or have used.

This is the basic model, but only lacking in a few bells & whistles. It does it's job well but as with modern appliances, it is aware of the energy star rating & so does not have quite the guts of older dishwashers & needs good rinse aid to dry properly. Q The height of this Bosch dishwasher is 845mm, the exact height of my underbench space. How is the "minimum height of 815mm" achieved - are the feet adjustable, or do you have to remove the top (as with my current - defunct - machine)?

A The way that the minimum height is achieved is, the feet can be adjusted down which will give you an additional 15mm and once the top is removed this will also give you an additional 15 mm giving you an over all clearance of 30mm.
Q Our current dishwasher has an eco setting which turns off the drying cycle to save energy, is that available on this machine (or the more expensive Bosch models)?

A All Bosch dishwashers use a very economic heat exchange drying system which can not be turned off. The heat exchange drying system mixes hot and cold air in the tub to create condensation leaving dishes fairly dry. The drying cycle would only cost a few dollars per year to run so I believe the feature worthwhile.
Q Before I buy this product from you, I need to check the following: In my kitchen, the width available to slot in this dishwasher is 602mm. Is the 2mm clearance adequate for the 600mm of this dishwasher?

A This dishwasher I would not describe as portable. Although it has a lid and does not need to be fixed into cabinetry it has no wheels nor can any be purchased for it to make it portable. A Unfortunately this model does not have a child lock. The next model up that does is the SMS68M02AU and that has a child look for the door and buttons.
Q When using the half load option which section / sections of the dishwasher should I load plates, cups and cutlery?

A With all the new Bosch Dishwashers you can stack either top or bottom depending on what needs to be washed ie only glasses or only dishes and cutlery.
Q It is described as "cold water connection only", but the pipe going to the space for our dishwasher is a hot water pipe. Can the washer be connected to hot water?

A The comments about this machine not drying properly only relate to the 'Normal 45' degree cycle. There is no problem with any of the other cycles. This wash cycle is a maximum of 45 degrees and is recommended for fragile crystal and glassware. The hotter the temperature the more fragile the glass becomes - if it bangs against another glass it may break. The other cycles have a hotter final rinse of 55 degrees or more.
