I have bought all my household appliances thru AO, I think the website, prices, delivery and sales service are great - however every time I have paid for installation extra the installer has come up with some reason that it is more than I have already paid - that is annoying because at that point I am kind of hamstrung and have no way of checking out if that is a true 'extra fee'. With the dishwasher I was charged an extra $99 for putting the regulator on cold instead of hot as it previously was on the installers recommendation - ok but he was only here installing for 30 mins anyway so that is like $300 for 30 mins work?
