I seem to have a little trouble getting a good spin when only a couple of items are in the wash (things I don't want to mix in with general washing) but apart from that I am thrilled with my new machine. Barbara

For 36 years i have always had a top loader so it took me a while to get used to it. After using it for a month I wouldnt go back to top loaders. I am very satisfied with my choice. Gail

So far it's pretty good -still getting used to front loader - main problem is the spin -heavy towels still come out really wet even when I do an extra spin cycle ??And the fabric softener doesn't seem to work as well as in my old top loader machine. DENA

The machine works OK, but the spin cycle sends the machine off kilter, it makes excessive noise and the machine rocks and moves. I have checked the positioning and the machine is level, however this still occurs in 75% of washes that I do. Caroline

Machine was delivered, installed and old one removed at no extra cost and they also took away the packaging. You have set a new bench mark in customer service! Very impressed. Our clothes washing machine was delivered on time. As quoted the old machine was disconnected and taken away, whilst the new machine was installed and connected. Look out retailers here comes appliancesonline. .
