Standard warranty
All our products come with a full manufacturer's warranty. Note that you'll need the tax
invoice from your purchase to make a claim.
If you lose your original tax invoice please let us know and we'll re-issue it.
Note that most small appliances have no "in-house service".
If your appliance requires servicing you will be required to take it to your nearest approved service agent.
These agents can be located by contacting your manufacturer directly.
Commercial Customer Care Plan
If you're buying something that will be used in a commercial environment, the manufacturer's
warranty covers a maximum of the first 3 months only.
Note that all Electrolux, Westinghouse and Dishlex dishwashers come with no commercial warranty.
Extended Customer Care Plan and Business Customer Care Plan
Appliances Online offers an extended Customer Care Plan that covers parts and labour required
for repair of goods that suffer mechanical or electrical failure within Australia,
for a period of up to 3 years outside the term of the standard manufacturer's warranty.
(Subject to some
brief terms and conditions
).
The extended Customer Care Plan is offered by Wesfarmers General Insurance Limited trading
as Lumley Insurance ABN 24 000 036 279.
Appliances Online will donate $5 to the Children's Hospital Foundations Australia for every Extended Warranty purchase made when you buy a Washer, Dryer or Ironing Centre.
Payment
You can pay using...
You can pay with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. By arrangement, you can also use bank transfer (EFT).
Alternatively, you can pay on delivery (COD) with cash, bank cheque or credit card.
Only Appliances Online staff and drivers are authorised to take receipt of money.
No transaction fees
Importantly, no matter which payment method you use, you won't pay any transaction
fees. We absorb them all.
Return policy
If your goods are deemed faulty following confirmation by the manufacturer you may replace them free of charge by calling 1300 000 500.
If you notice any damage to your goods please notify our delivery team at the time of delivery. We recommend you thoroughly inspect your goods at this time. If you notice any damage to your goods within 24 hours of receiving delivery please notify Appliances Online immediately. Evidence of damage will be required i.e. photographs.
If for any other reason you need to return an item please call the Appliances Online customer help line on 1300 000 500 within 5 business days of receiving delivery.
If your goods remain boxed and unopen you may return them within 30 days for a full refund. A collection fee of $50 or the amount of your delivery fee if it was greater than $50 will apply.
If your goods have been unboxed but otherwise are as new (have not been used or connected) a 20% restocking fee (20% of your purchase price) will apply. Appliances Online does not deal with factory seconds, damaged or open goods and charges restocking fees to cover return costs. A collection fee of $50 or the amount of your delivery fee if it was greater than $50 will apply.
Please note, if you have requested connection of your goods Appliances Online will unbox the product for you at the time of delivery. Also, we recommend you inspect your new goods thoroughly at the time of delivery.
We will organise for your return goods to be collected. Goods are usually collected within 3 days.
You as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made.
All refunds will be issued when goods have arrived back to an Appliances Online warehouse and have been inspected by a member of our team. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase.
We are unable to accept return of any goods that you have attempted to install or have used.

I researched this product through ****
Magazine first. Then googled the model number of the machine
to find out the specifications. I read some of the feedback
from very satisfied customers, so even though I thought the
washing machine was expensive I was prepared to order it.

up and the old one removed on the day and the time you said

This is a very good Machine - but not perfect
( but better that good ) washes much better that the
previous machine and has lived up to my expectations with the
water economy, The level of noise is quite acceptable - the
instructions could be improved. If it died I
would not hesitate about replacing it with another front
loader from Bosch - but I hope that I will not have to for
many years ! Hope

A lovely washing machine, washes perfectly and
quietly. Instructions leave a lot to be desired, its no more
than a brochure, but really it's pretty straight
forward to use. It's my first front-loader and I'm
glad I finally made the change. The machine feels solid and

Awesome machine. Faster loads and cleaner clothes. It has been worked hard in it's first month and hasn't missed a beat. It is a stark contrast to the rubbish Samsung machine I had before that broke down in it's first month and only managed to last two years with only weekly use. I will buy Bosch again and again. Great service. Every time I called I got someone who was knowledgeable about the products and willing to take the time to make sure I had all the information I needed. Once I'd chosen my new washing machine (at $300 less than retail!) they offered to deliver it the next day. Delivery and installation was on-time, very friendly and courteous, and he went the extra mile to make sure I would be able to open the detergent cartridge with my bi-fold laundry doors! information on items that you are interested in, and you can
phone them and get a real person with good English without a
long wait . A knowledgeable person on other end of phone to
answer any further enquires you may have ( even it you think
that you need after sales attention with use of item they
will help you there too) I have had good
experiences with Appliances Online very prompt delivery to

Effortless buying at the absolute cheapest

Very convenient and well priced. We live
south of Wollongong and were not able to view the range of
washers we wanted, let alone buy one here. The Appliances

A close friend recommended Appliances Online
as I am new to this type of home shopping. I was very
impressed in several ways. Appliances Online
stock a huge variety of top brand appliances, at competetive
prices. Even when an item was not one stocked, you replied
to my query promptly providing an economical quote.
I received a courtesy phonecall half an hour
prior to delivery, which from memory arrived the day after I
had ordered it. The new washer was installed
efficiently, packaging removed and the old one taken away,
saving me all that fuss! The next day, after my
experiencing problems understanding the instructions, your
head office kept in touch with me until the same delivery
guy came back to get the machine started.

Found you on Google while searching for information about Bosch washing machines. You had the best price by far, at about $600 cheaper than most retailers and $400 cheaper than the best price I could haggle elsewhere, which is an amazing difference! You were also the only retailer whose staff knew in which country all the machines I was considering were manufactured, which allowed me to steer clear of even the Bosch machines that were made in Thailand and get a German built machine. TWO other retailers had told me incorrectly that all Bosch machines were made in Germany, and it was only through your staff that I discovered this is not so. I'm glad I found you for so many reasons other than price, but the price is also awesome. Colin

A The WAS28440AU does have a full cold wash. It also has an automatic load adjustment feature which will automatically detect the load size and only use the required amount of water needed.

We have just brought a front load washing machine.....Colin was the Sales guy that we spoke to. He was extremely helpful and totally friendly looked after us well and as a result the machine was delivered early and its now in operation. We were advised that the machine was picked up on Thursday and to be delivered on Monday, BUT it arrived Friday lunch time. Thanks to Colin and the FRIENDLY staff at Appliances on line.

I have bought many things from the Internet BUT I must say that in spite of ordering on a day when the computers were playing up I have nothing but praise for all the people I have had contact with. In every case when I was told I would get a call to tell me what was going on I got one! this is not as common as we would hope! everyone was friendly and polite, again not as common as we would hope.
