Convenient and very efficient. I will use your service again when I need to buy an appliance. (I didn't realise you were Winnings in disguise until I saw the invoice. Well done!) One improvement you could make: Warn customers before a fridge or freezer is installed to take note of the serial number on the back. Otherwise the whole thing has to be hauled out again for that information to be put on the warranty.
