It does this weird automatic setting with 3 rinses (way too much water wasted) and always with high
temp. Cant seem to reset to my 2 rinses and cold water, so every time I use it I have to reprogram the setting, and my house mates have no idea how to reset. So a clear reset automatic function would be awesome and encourage me to rebuy the same brand in the future. Eliza

A If it is the part on the door I would say you would just need a new door, if it is the actual lock mechanism inside the machine you would require a service call from Samsung to replace the lock.
Do you know if your machine is still under warranty or was it purchased from AppliancesOnline.com.au?
Samsung can be contacted directly for spare parts on 1300 369 600 if you did not purchase from us or it is out of warranty. Most Samsung products have a 2 year warranty
