All our products come with full manufacturer's warranty. Note that you'll need the tax
invoice from your purchase to make a claim. If you lose your original tax invoice,
please let us know, and we'll re-issue it. Note that most small appliances have no "in-house service".
If your appliance requires servicing you will be required to take it to your nearest approved service agent.
These agents can be located by contacting your manufacturer directly.
Commercial warranty
If you're buying something that will be used in a commercial environment, the manufacturer's
warranty covers a maximum of the first 3 months only. Note that all Electrolux, Westinghouse and
Dishlex dishwashers come with no commercial warranty.
Extended warranty and business warranty
Appliances Online offers an extended warranty that covers parts and labour required
for repair of goods that suffer mechanical or electrical failure within Australia,
for a period of up to 3 years outside the term of the standard manufacturer's warranty.

Return policy
If your goods are deemed faulty following confirmation by the manufacturer you may replace them free of charge by calling 1300 000 500.
If you notice any damage to your goods please notify our delivery team at the time of delivery. We recommend you thoroughly inspect your goods at this time. If you notice any damage to your goods within 24 hours of receiving delivery please notify Appliances Online immediately. Evidence of damage will be required i.e. photographs.
If for any other reason you need to return an item please call the Appliances Online customer help line on 1300 000 500 within 5 business days of receiving delivery.
If your goods remain boxed and unopen you may return them within 30 days for a full refund. A collection fee of $50 or the amount of your delivery fee if it was greater than $50 will apply.
If your goods have been unboxed but otherwise are as new (have not been used or connected) a 20% restocking fee (20% of your purchase price) will apply. Appliances Online does not deal with factory seconds, damaged or open goods and charges restocking fees to cover return costs. A collection fee of $50 or the amount of your delivery fee if it was greater than $50 will apply.
Please note, if you have requested connection of your goods Appliances Online will unbox the product for you at the time of delivery. Also, we recommend you inspect your new goods thoroughly at the time of delivery.
We will organise for your return goods to be collected. Goods are usually collected within 3 days.
You as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made.
All refunds will be issued when goods have arrived back to an Appliances Online warehouse and have been inspected by a member of our team. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase.
We are unable to accept return of any goods that you have attempted to install or have used.

The Electrolux washing machine we bought is fantastic. The product has exceeded our expectations and offers a complete range of options - from a quick 20min cycle to an intense 2.5hr cycle, very easy to use and gives great results. Love this machine. It replaced a 4 year old LG frontloader whose bearings had gone - the machine actually
seized and we had a repairman attend and advise that it would be minimum $200 and the quote cost $65!!!. The LG was our first frontloader and almost turned us off them. The Electrolux has an excellent range of wash options including a quick 20min as well as spin only. It also has a higher rpm option which is good. Overall the whole machine appears
sturdier and of better quality and is certainly producing the best washed clothes we have ever had. Am singing the praises of this machine to all who will listen!!! Angela

I replaced a top loading machine with the
electrolux front loader and couldn't be happier. It
does take a little longer to wash, however I do just about
every wash on the quickest setting possible! The water
saving is amazing! I would recommend this model to anyone
who is looking for a good machine that doesn't cost the
earth! I can't believe how clean the clothes are. I
used to have to scrub out any stains by hand before placing
them in my old washing machine, now I rub on some stain

A The timing of the 'Quick Wash Function' is dependant on cycle and temperature selection. For example if you use 'Quick Wash', a top on the delicate cycle at 30 degrees in would take 30 minutes. A cotton wash at 90 degrees would take 1 hour and 30 minutes.
A There are a few variables to take into consideration when determining the time of a wash cycle for this machine i.e. water pressure, water temperature, load size, powder/liquid amount used, absorption level of clothing etc. However for your information the normal 'cotton cycle' takes approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes and the 'quick function' cycle takes approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
A Here is the user manual for this product, if you scoll to page 8 there is a diagram of the controlls. On there you will see a spin setting and a seperate rinse setting. You can also vary the spin speed by using the spin speed selction button.
A The 7kg Front Load Electrolux Washing Machine EWF1074 has a single hose connection which is to be connected to the cold water tap. The machine will heat the water up to the correct temperature for the chosen cycle.
A No front loader will alow you to add items once the cycle has started. This is a safety feature to prevent small children or pets crawling into the unit and being trapped. The other reason this is not possible with a front loader is the water will all spill out of the front when it is running. You can stop the machine and unlock the door by turning them off for 3 minutes, this will release the lock mechanism.
A Thank you for your enquiry. Because front loader washing machines don't have an internal agitator, they don't actually produce any lint when washing, so there is no need for a lint draw.
