Never thought I'd say it but I love my washing machine! The 15 minute quick wash is fantastic - even stinky gym clothes come out so fresh and so clean with this short cycle. The countdown timer is wonderful - gives me the option of changing settings to get the load done when I want it, or pre-setting a finish time. Door opens 180 degrees making it easier to put a big washing basket in front of opening. Clothes are coming out much less tangled than in my old front-loader and the wash time is much shorter. Oh, and I can fit so much in - I can't imagine having an even bigger drum because this is definitely big enough for a family of 4 if you split loads by whites, darks, colours. Kate

Machine received in perfect condition. We were a little surprised however that 7kg could not be loaded on all wash settings. Perhaps we should have researched a little more thoroughly though! Mathew

Would like more information on specific features of machine eg. half load - does water automatically adjust amount according to load size. Tried to find this online manual but these are too brief and do not add to what is supplied with machine Gavin

After a great deal of research using Choice reviews and user reviews, this machine turned out to be a good compromise between superior performance and price. Still not the cheapest machine out there but it has a lot of good features. Stephanie

FANTASTIC! Appliances Online had the model I wanted at the best price, for delivery only two days later. Everywhere else I rang wanted to substitute a lesser model for a higher price with a longer wait! Very helpful call centre staff. Straightforward online transaction - no messing around setting up accounts and passwords. Delivery time was confirmed early on morning of delivery and the truck turned up within 15 minutes of allocated time. The delivery man did a great job setting up my new washing machine and taking the old one away. Perfect! Kate

What a great company!! Our service man who came to fix our washing machine told us about you guys when he advised that we need to buy a new one.
It was such a quick, easy service. And arrived within a day. And first thing in the morning. The guys hooked up and I was away and laughing again doing my many loads of washing. Good service - we were able to supply products quicker than any local stores I tried (two days), delivery was as promised and they rang half an hour before to ensure that I was home. Installed new washing machine and took old one away. I am very pleased with this service. Meredith

Excellent service - appreciated the call on the morning of delivery giving a timeslot for delivery. Arrived on time - took old washing machine away and even when the instruction booklet accidentally got wet when the new machine was installed, the delivery guys organised a new one which i received in the post with a couple of days. Fantastic website and terrific prices - I shopped around and AO is definitely cheaper. I love being able to buy appliances like this online rather than wasting my time in bricks-and-mortar stores with sales staff who don't seem to really know much about what they are selling anyway. My only negative comment would be that the delivery guys could have been a bit more gentle when delivering the goods. Bronte

Your price was the cheapest, you delivered a new washing machine in just two days and I loved how you took away the old washing machine. However, the person that delivered the new machine was unable to install the new washing machine as promised on your website (my hose connections were apparently 'unusual') which meant I had to get my elderly father over to help me to install it. Front load washing machine times follow a similar time structure for
most brands. There will be delicate/cold water wash, which will go for
35-50 minutes. It is recommended for refreshing clothes only, it is not
a regular cycle as the temperature of the water will not activate the
soap. A normal wash cycle will go for an hour and a half to two hours and
fifteen minutes. And a heavy soiled clothes wash will go for two
hours and fifteen minutes to two and a half hours.
