Ordered a LG Front Loader washing machine on a Tuesday 22/6/10 around lunchtime for delivery into Melb as a gift. Everything that was promised on the website actually happened. Next day delivery, call made before 9am to confirm a 2 hour window for delivery. The driver rang when he was 20 mins away so my friend could go home. Gift received, installed and the old machine taken away. It could not have been a more pleasant online buying experience. Not sure how good the LG unit will be over time, but for service, Appliances Online get my tick of approval.

Hi Guys, what an exceptional service you provide. Ordered a Bosch front loader on Friday night and could have had delivery the following Monday but work commitments did not allow for this, so
arranged a day off without hassles from my employer and it was delivered, installed and old machine removed 3 days later, delivery guy was excellent & courteous in every way. I did my homework &
shopped around, found out which machine was value for money and you had exactly what I had found in another store and I save almost a $100 off their best price plus I would have had to pay for
delivery and had to get rid of my old machine myself. Exceptional service by your company. I will definitely be recommending you to my friends and anyone else. Keep up the great service. Happy
