We needed a new dryer that didn't require venting and this is excellent. No more fluff filling the laundry!! It also dries quicker than our old tumble drier. The Bosch Dryer is much more expensive than a standard tumble drier but in every other way it's fantastic. Beth

This is our first dryer we owned thus feedback may be biased towards BOSCH and this particular model. So far the dryer works like a charm and we feel we Have made an excellent choice. Build quality is excellent (manufactured in Europe - Poland). Super energy efficient particularly with auto sensing feature. Heaps of water reclaimed through the condensation feature and the laundry remains dry (no
humidity) unlike a normal vented tumble dryer. The
negatives ; - instruction could be improved - bit vague at times i.e. anti creasing feature has two options but it doesn't describe these two options apart from a diagrammatic representation which makes no sense to us. One button used for adjustment (+/- ) of variables i.e. washing machine spin cycle. If you overshoot you have to go again from the start. These are minor issues and the product so far is most impressive. Arthur

The dryer runs relatively quietly and has done a very good job for us so far. However we have not explored all of the operating options yet and for this reason we do not feel justified in giving the appliance a higher rating at such an early stage in our experience. Brenda

An excellent product. Excellent built quality with the top built as a handy laundry table. Easy to use, clothes evenly dried - even mixed loads of light and heavy fabrics. Easy maintenance both accessing and cleaning filters plus emptying waste water - quick and simple. My unventilated, enclosed laundry is free of excess humidity following use which for me was a primary requirement in a dryer. Russell

Product Questions
Q I have a Kleenmaid condenser dryer which doesn't dry the clothes! Kleenmaid say they leave the clothes slightly damp so it's easier to iron however I usually just fold & put away and damp clothes just smell yuk. Is the Bosch designed the same or will it actually dry the clothes until they are dry?

A The Bosch will dry the clothes properly. I used to sell Kleenmaid and I was never aware that the dryers had this function, but I can assure you the Bosch is a much better dryer than the Kleenmaid.
A The 6.5kg Bosch Condensor Dryer WTW86560AU can not be hung on the wall due to the weight of the machine. Only Vented Clothes Dryers can be wall mounted.
Q I like the dryer on paper and I understand it cannot be wall-hung due to its weight, but there is some stacking option available (purpose not explained) - does that allow the dryer to be fitted above the washing machine or the sink somehow? The floor-space in the laundry is rather limited so it will influence the buying decision.

A That is correct, you cannot wall mount any condensor dryers. The stacking kit that is available for that model is the WTZ11300 at $190 and fits ontop of any Bosch washing machine that sit below. Unfortunately stacking kits are only provided by the manufacturers themselves and are always brand specific as they screw into place in set areas. You will need a Bosch washer to stack this Bosch condensor dryer.

I've just bought a tumble dryer from you and have to comment on the efficiency of your service. I ordered late on Wed night and at 10am Friday my spangley new tumble dryer has been delivered. I asked for a call to tell me when it would be delivered he called at 9.20am said they'd be here between 10 and 11 and bang on 10am he was here - brilliant!
