First fridge was faulty (made so much noise after switching on, that it had to be switched off immediatley!) and had to be replaced. Replacement fridge has worked perfectly and we're very happy with it. Christopher

Prices are excellent and range is good. First fridge was faulty and replacement took a few weeks, but that was more to do with manufacturer not keeping up with demand. Service from AO phone staff was always courteous and helpful, as were the delivery guys. Christopher

The fridge has been installed and the delivery guys were fantastic. They had to take the fridge doors off (including disconnecting internal electrical wiring and water tubes) to fit it through internal doors but nothing was too much trouble for them, and they took the time to teach me how to do it in case we want to move one day. Fantastic service!! Very happy. Jo

When our old fridge unexpectedly died, I ordered a replacement from you and was delighted to find that you could deliver within 2 working days. The fridge arrived at the specified time, delivered by two very professional and helpful guys. They unpacked and installed the new fridge an then took away the packaging and my old fridge, even replacing the pot plants that they needed to move whilst bring the fridge inside.
