Standard warranty
All our products come with full manufacturer's warranty. Note that you'll need the
tax invoice from your purchase to make a claim. If you lose your original tax invoice,
please let us know, and we'll re-issue it.
Commercial warranty
If you're buying something that will be used in a commercial environment, the manufacturer's
warranty covers a maximum of the first 3 months only. Note that all Westinghouse,
Kelvinator, Chef, Simpson, Electrolux and Dishlex dishwashers come with no commercial
warranty.
Extended warranty and business warranty
Appliances Online offers an extended warranty that covers parts and labour required
for repair of goods that suffer mechanical or electrical failure within Australia,
for a period of up to 3 years outside the term of the standard manufacturer's warranty.
(Subject to some
brief terms and conditions).
The extended warranty is offered by Wesfarmers General Insurance Limited trading
as Lumley Insurance ABN 24 000 036 279.
Payment
You can pay using...
You can pay with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. By arrangement, you
can also use bank transfer (EFT) or Diners Club card (call 1300 000 500 to arrange
these options). Alternatively, you can pay on delivery (COD) with cash, cheque (bank
and personal cheques with matching ID) or credit card.
No transaction fees
Importantly, no matter which payment method you use, you won't pay any transaction
fees. We absorb them all.
Return policy
Damaged goods
If the goods you bought arrive damaged in any way, you can return them free of charge.
(If the damage can't be seen, you need to obtain confirmation of the damage from
the manufacturer before returning the goods to us.) Please call 1300 000 500 to
arrange return. Once you have returned the goods, you can choose to have us replace
them or refund you the purchase price plus return delivery fees.
Undamaged goods
If you do decide to return something that is not damaged, you can do so within 7
days of receiving it if it has not been unboxed. Note that an $80 collection fee
will apply. Please call 1300 000 500 for more details.
If the goods are to be returned within 3 days of receiving them, and they have been
unboxed at any point, a 20% re stocking fee will apply, as we can no longer sell
this product through Appliances Online (it is no longer new).

advised my goods could be delivered between 7:30am and 8:00
which meant i didnt have to take more than half and hour off
work. Not only did the delivery arrive on time, the delivery
crew set everything up and took away all the rubbish.

Q I have a few questions to ask.
1. my fridge's cage is 910cm in width, will it fit this fridge?
2. when u deliver the item will install it for me?
3. if it doesn't fit my cage, can i exchange this fridge to other fridge?
4. when u doing the delivery, how early u starting?

A This model is 898mm wide so it will easily fit into a 910mm opening.
Please be certain of all measurements as we are unable to accept returns for incorrect purchases without charging a 30% restocking fee.
Products that have been opened we can no longer legally sell as brand new and need to off load them to a factory seconds retailer.
If an item is damaged on delivery we would of course take that model back.
As you are outside of the Melbourne metropolitan area we need to use a freight company to deliver to you. Allied Express will deliver the fridge to your door, they are unable to offer installation.
Once your fridge has left our warehouse we will send you a email with the consignment note for the order and where to track your delivery with Allied Express.
As we are using a third party to deliver the items we have no control over the times that they will arrive. We can however request a particular delivery day for you Monday - Friday.

A I have one of these fridges. When you open the doors at 90 degrees, each door is about 35mm wider than the cabinet of the fridge. This is the second Westinghouse side-by-side we have had. The compressor on the first one gave up after 4 years. It was going to cost us around $1000 to get the fridge fixed. We had to buy whatever our electrical retailer had in stock - we are 1200km from Perth. At that time I didn't know about this site.
