Standard warranty
All our products come with full manufacturer's warranty. Note that you'll need the tax
invoice from your purchase to make a claim. If you lose your original tax invoice,
please let us know, and we'll re-issue it. Note that most small appliances have no "in-house service".
If your appliance requires servicing you will be required to take it to your nearest approved service agent.
These agents can be located by contacting your manufacturer directly.
Commercial warranty
If you're buying something that will be used in a commercial environment, the manufacturer's
warranty covers a maximum of the first 3 months only. Note that all Electrolux, Westinghouse and
Dishlex dishwashers come with no commercial warranty.
Extended warranty and business warranty
Appliances Online offers an extended warranty that covers parts and labour required
for repair of goods that suffer mechanical or electrical failure within Australia,
for a period of up to 3 years outside the term of the standard manufacturer's warranty.

The extended warranty is offered by Wesfarmers General Insurance Limited trading
as Lumley Insurance ABN 24 000 036 279.

You can pay with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. By arrangement, you can also use bank transfer (EFT).
Alternatively, you can pay on delivery (COD) with cash, bank cheque or credit card.
Only Appliances Online staff and drivers are authorised to take receipt of money.
No transaction fees
Importantly, no matter which payment method you use, you won't pay any transaction
fees. We absorb them all.
Return policy
If your goods are deemed faulty following confirmation by the manufacturer you may replace them free of charge by calling 1300 000 500.
If you notice any damage to your goods please notify our delivery team at the time of delivery. We recommend you thoroughly inspect your goods at this time. If you notice any damage to your goods within 24 hours of receiving delivery please notify Appliances Online immediately. Evidence of damage will be required i.e. photographs.
If for any other reason you need to return an item please call the Appliances Online customer help line on 1300 000 500 within 5 business days of receiving delivery.
If your goods remain boxed and unopen you may return them within 30 days for a full refund. A collection fee of $50 or the amount of your delivery fee if it was greater than $50 will apply.
If your goods have been unboxed but otherwise are as new (have not been used or connected) a 20% restocking fee (20% of your purchase price) will apply. Appliances Online does not deal with factory seconds, damaged or open goods and charges restocking fees to cover return costs. A collection fee of $50 or the amount of your delivery fee if it was greater than $50 will apply.
Please note, if you have requested connection of your goods Appliances Online will unbox the product for you at the time of delivery. Also, we recommend you inspect your new goods thoroughly at the time of delivery.
We will organise for your return goods to be collected. Goods are usually collected within 3 days.
You as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made.
All refunds will be issued when goods have arrived back to an Appliances Online warehouse and have been inspected by a member of our team. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase.
We are unable to accept return of any goods that you have attempted to install or have used.

I was impressed with just how much food I could fit into both the fridge and freezer. The freezer is (apparently) smaller in volume than my previous free standing upright freezer, but when I transferred the food from the full old freezer into the new freezer I still had loads of spare room. I love the light in the freezer and the display showing the temperature for both fridge and freezer. The exterior dimensions of this unit are massively bigger than my previous fridge and freezer combined, yet it the whole unit uses less electricity than just the old fridge by itself. My previous units weren't really all that old, I just didn't like the limited amount of space inside the fridge, which is the reason for the upgrade. The new unit is here to stay for a very long time. The instruction book said it might be noisier than my previous fridge, but it wasn't. It looks good and it works great. My other favourite features are the two big fruit and vegi drawers in the fridge, the deep shelves on the doors, the under shelf bottle rack, and the quick freeze function. I was originally looking at a smaller freezer on top, fridge on bottom unit. I went to check it out in a store and saw this one by chance. Luckily it was also being offered by Appliances On-line. My adult kids are now trying to talk me into giving it to them. Jennifer

Service was very good - delivery and set up
was excellent. I recieved a call the night before and was
advised my goods could be delivered between 7:30am and 8:00
which meant i didnt have to take more than half and hour off
work. Not only did the delivery arrive on time, the delivery
crew set everything up and took away all the rubbish.

I think it is the best way to buy whitegoods and the only way I have bought them for the past two years (and in the future). I usually check Appliances On-line for the appliance I want, and am able to compare different products including the specs such as size dimensions. I then go and look at it in a conventional store (to make sure I really like it). Then I arrange delivery and warranty through Appliances On-line, who deliver exactly when they say they will, set up the appliance and check it, and take away all the rubbish (as well as the old appliance if requested). And all at the best price possible. No fuss, no bother, no stress.

A I have one of these fridges. When you open the doors at 90 degrees, each door is about 35mm wider than the cabinet of the fridge. This is the second Westinghouse side-by-side we have had. The compressor on the first one gave up after 4 years. It was going to cost us around $1000 to get the fridge fixed. We had to buy whatever our electrical retailer had in stock - we are 1200km from Perth. At that time I didn't know about this site.
A This model is 898mm wide so it will easily fit into a 910mm opening.
Please be certain of all measurements as we are unable to accept returns for incorrect purchases without charging a 30% restocking fee.
Products that have been opened we can no longer legally sell as brand new and need to off load them to a factory seconds retailer.
If an item is damaged on delivery we would of course take that model back.
As you are outside of the Melbourne metropolitan area we need to use a freight company to deliver to you. Allied Express will deliver the fridge to your door, they are unable to offer installation.
Once your fridge has left our warehouse we will send you a email with the consignment note for the order and where to track your delivery with Allied Express.
As we are using a third party to deliver the items we have no control over the times that they will arrive. We can however request a particular delivery day for you Monday - Friday.
