A very functional fridge and looks great too. It performs well and is also easy to clean both internally and externally. The external temperature controls are excellent. It actually displays the temperature of each compartment when a door is opened. Being a member of Costco, most food products are bulk buys so now I buy a variety of bulk frozen items as this fridge has ample freezer and cooler space. Long term benefit in purchasing this fridge; less time at supermarkets, saving money on frozen / chilled foods / drinks and these savings will pay for the fridge in the next few years. KEVIN

After some market research and competitive quotes, Appliances Online rated highly due to pricing, free delivery and the option to pay COD. As advertised on the website, all conditions were met, delivery date, advance phone call advising of estimated time of delivery, installation of appliance, removal of packaging waste and finally COD payment. A very smooth and efficient transaction indeed. KEVIN

This is the second time I have used Appliances Online. The website is easy to use and call centre picks up calls quickly. However, I was disappointed with the delivery service. I find it really restrictive that you can't confirm a morning or afternoon delivery, or why they can't organise the delivery run the day before and let you know where you are in the queue. I ended up having to take a whole day off to wait for the fridge, as I didn't get a phone call till later in the day to advise of my timeslot. And the fridge came after 2pm. The delivery driver also called me to say that the fridge I had ordered was quite large and probably won't fit through the door. My impression was I was the last on the list and they probably couldn't be bothered to make the delivery, and just wanted to return to the warehouse. I told him to come anyway. It fitted easily through the door, and I would have thought that the delivery driver would know that standard consumer fridge products would fit through standard domestic doors. Francesca
