I've only owned it for a month but so good so far. Easy to use and works well. My only complaint compared with other washing machines I've used is that at the end of the wash, the clothes are more wrinkled than usual. Tiffiny

Love the style and size and the fact that you can see what is going on inside. Love the little tunes it places when it is starting and finishing and it even tells you when your filter needs changing... Margaret

It cleans clothes well, is compact and is easy to use.
One disadvantage is that it has 4 preset cycles - and these can't be changed to mix and match according to preference. E.g the water temperature can't be changed to cold without using the delicate cycle. This is a shame as we'd like to do a regular wash using cold water rather than the expense of a hot wash. Warwick

Ideal machine for a small apartment. Doesn't take up a lot of space, easily fits in our laundry cupboard.
Washer originally came with a faulty water valve (had a slow water leak into the machine), called Appliances Online and they gave me the manufacturers number, 2 days later the valve got replaced and now the machine works perfectly.
Would recommend this machine if you don't do a great deal of washing. Perfect for a single or couple. Matthew

This is a great idea, especially for a single mum like myself as I don't own a trailer, I'm unable to lift heavy items on my own and I don't know how to install washing machines. The delivery, removing excess packaging and installing the appliances was peace of mind. The staff were friendly too and I was able to shop online after hours at the convenience of my home. Tiffiny

I was very impressed by Appliances on line. I am 88 years old and could not get out to get myself a new washing machine, my daughter, (who is typing this for me) arranged to buy one from your site after having looked around at the price of washing machines in stores and the inconvenience of having to go out and shop around. I couldn't have been happier. It was much cheaper than going to a store - there was no hassle for me to get out it was delivered the next day, and installed for me, the men that delivered it were very friendly and co-operative. I have told my friends about you and they are all very interested, also my daughter has told many of her friends and will be contacting you in future when the need arises.
