The washing machine did not have a lint filter fitted when delivered. I called the manufacturer directly, however they did not fulfill the order for 3 weeks but when I contacted them again they sent the part within 2 days.

It washes very well although so well that the clothes look really battered when they come out I've even had to start ironing my sons pajamas because there so wrinkled from the strength of the machine. Its a shame there is no gentle spin for dedicates so I hand wash them now. Good value for money though and with a young son I need a powerful washing machine. There is no fabric softener dispenser.

Ideal machine for a small apartment. Doesn't take up a lot of space, easily fits in our laundry cupboard. <br/> <br/>Washer originally came with a faulty water valve (had a slow water leak into the machine), called Appliances Online and they gave me the manufacturers number, 2 days later the valve got replaced and now the machine works perfectly. <br/> <br/>Would recommend this machine if you don't do a great deal of washing. Perfect for a single or couple.
