We have a very small laundry so space was a major consideration. This machine makes our laundry look and feel so much larger now. The machine has many washing options which is great, but no cold wash option which is what I used to use. The coolest option is 20 degrees C so I use that. Although it's a 5.5kg machine, I really don't think you could fit 5.5kg of clothes into it. I end up doing more loads now but it's the compromise you have to make to save space. It's very quiet and doesn't vibrate when spinning. Clothes wash and rinse well. The easy iron option is good - clothes take longer to dry but they really do dry with much fewer creases. This is a small machine - note that although the capacity is stated as 5.5kg on some cycles the recommended load is only 2-3kg. It suits us fine as a two person household. There are larger models for bigger families. The product itself is excellent and has performed well since installation. Recommend potential buyers look at specifications and download any manuals available for products prior to purchase or look at them in a retail outlet if in doubt. CharlesWellington Point, QLD

The machine looks great. Even though it's only 5.5kg, it fits enough clothes for us as a couple. The machine is very quiet which is great as we live in a small apartment. The choice of wash types is also very useful. Love the 30 minute quick wash. Very happy with it. BrookeBrooklyn, VIC

I went to Appliances Online after a guy at work recommended them. They had a huge range of products (I was looking for a washing machine). I looked at other online sites but didn't find any products to compare that wasn't also on Appliances Online. I eventually decided on the machine I wanted then did a price comparison. I could have bought elsewhere for about $20 less but I'd have to pick the machine up and install it myself. Appliance Online delivered the machine the next day and called prior to arriving. I found the prices extraordinary and could not be matched by **** (even though they state in their advertising that they will beat any price) or the ******. The service when ordering was spot on as I was contacted within an hour of placing the order that there would be a delay in delivery and the two guys who delivered and installed the Whirpool Washing Machine were cheerful, polite and kept me informed of their progress in delivering. I bought a dryer and washing machine and upon delivery the delivery guys advised they couldn't put the dryer on top of the washing machine without a rubber mat which I would have to buy from Bunnings. Therefore all this time later I still have both of them on the floor taking up space as I can't lift the dryer on top of the washing machine myself. "Rare thing to experience these days"
We purchased our washing machine through 'Appliances Online'
over the phone. Although there was a mix up at first about
the machine being in stock and then not in stock, the
customer representative (a lady, who's name I cannot
recall)kept in regular contact with me and did all she could
to ensure our machine came ASAP, and it did! We were very
pleased.
Only two weeks later, we had a problem with the machine's
seal and it seemed that the manufacturer was claiming that
they were not responsible to fix the issue. Your
representative, Georgia Kia made an A+ effort to help us,
being understanding as well as offering a loan machine until
the problem was resolved. As it turned out the machine was
fixed, under warranty and seems okay for now but I felt that
my gratitude to Georgia needed to be mentioned to the
management and/or Directors of 'Appliances Online' . Georgia
