4 star I was persuaded by the ease of online purchase and the other testimonials. However only the fridge wasn't damaged beyond acceptability - the washer and dryer were dinged in a big way. I made them stick them straight back on the truck. When I got replacements a few days later not even the packaging was damaged - moral of the story? Take the responsibility to inspect your goods as soon as they're unloaded and be confident that if you're unhappy with them the response will be good. Cheers, Matt.

5 star Outstanding service. Really easy to order online, delivered exactly when they said and credit card payment. I thought our steep driveway would be a problem but driver and assistant handled the large fridge with ease. I'll always use Appliances Online from now - the large department store competitors have indifferent customer service these days.
