Also saved about a $100 in comparison with buying it in a shop/s here. An immediate answer either via e-mail or phone is greatly appreciated. Cliché it might be, but one really feels a valued customer when dealing with appliancesonline. They will do all possible to help. Good old customer service, a friendly smiling face in your e-mail's in-box or at the end of a phone line. I didn't get to use live chat feature, where your questions get answered straight away but what a brilliant idea! I recommended your online shop to a few friends already.

I had a phone call at 9am this morning from Les one of your delivery drivers, to say he would be delivering my Electrolux fridge/freezer between 2-4pm, and he arrives just after 1.30pm. I didnt think we'd get the fridge thru the door but he assured me it would and removed the packaging before entering my house. He plugged it in with instructions and then removed my fridge (absolutely unheard of from a retail store) What a fabulous fridge, it is whisper quiet, (my neighbour recently bought a Whirlpool and complained how noisy it was) lots of room and makes a difference from my old 30yr plus year old, that had given up the ghost. I will certanly be buying more goodies from Appliancesonline, their customer service is second to none. Thank you
