Appliance - initial difficulties - black soot. Called FP- who checked and claim normal. After about 10 uses - no longer occurs. However disappointed with actual F&P appliance - as clothes get bunched up, particularly sheets. Did not occur with previous appliance, despite it also being similarly a smaller type dryer. Jeanette
