Sturdy and reliable, the Lemair XQB22 washing machine will provide good wash results time after time. Fully automatic, you can select low/medium or high water levels to suit your load and choose between regular or gentle water treatments for soaking and washing your clothes.

All our products come with a full manufacturer's warranty. Note that you'll need the tax
invoice from your purchase to make a claim.
If you lose your original tax invoice please let us know and we'll re-issue it.
Note that most small appliances have no "in-house service".
If your appliance requires servicing you will be required to take it to your nearest approved service agent.
These agents can be located by contacting your manufacturer directly.
Commercial Customer Care Plan
If you're buying something that will be used in a commercial environment, the manufacturer's
warranty covers a maximum of the first 3 months only.
Extended Customer Care Plan and Business Customer Care Plan
Appliances Online offers an extended Customer Care Plan that covers parts and labour required
for repair of goods that suffer mechanical or electrical failure within Australia,
for a period of up to 3 years outside the term of the standard manufacturer's warranty.

The extended Customer Care Plan is offered by Wesfarmers General Insurance Limited trading
as Lumley Insurance ABN 24 000 036 279.
Appliances Online will donate $5 to the Children's Hospital Foundations Australia for every Extended Warranty purchase made when you buy a Washer, Dryer or Ironing Centre.
If your goods are deemed faulty following confirmation by the manufacturer you may replace them free of charge by calling 1300 000 500.
If you notice any damage to your goods please notify our delivery team at the time of delivery. We recommend you thoroughly inspect your goods at this time. If you notice any damage to your goods within 24 hours of receiving delivery please notify Appliances Online immediately. Evidence of damage will be required i.e. photographs.
If for any other reason you need to return an item please call the Appliances Online customer help line on 1300 000 500 within 5 business days of receiving delivery.
If your goods remain boxed and unopen you may return them within 30 days for a full refund. A collection fee of $50 or the amount of your delivery fee if it was greater than $50 will apply.
If your goods have been unboxed but otherwise are as new (have not been used or connected) a 20% restocking fee (20% of your purchase price) will apply. Appliances Online does not deal with factory seconds, damaged or open goods and charges restocking fees to cover return costs. A collection fee of $50 or the amount of your delivery fee if it was greater than $50 will apply.
Please note, if you have requested connection of your goods Appliances Online will unbox the product for you at the time of delivery. Also, we recommend you inspect your new goods thoroughly at the time of delivery.
We will organise for your return goods to be collected. Goods are usually collected within 3 days.
You as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made.
All refunds will be issued when goods have arrived back to an Appliances Online warehouse and have been inspected by a member of our team. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase.
We are unable to accept return of any goods that you have attempted to install or have used.

The machine washes its rated load very well. It spin dries as well as any commercial machine I have used in caravan parks. It does not damage clothes but will tangle under some conditions. I have one of these in our caravan, have used it for over 8 months, great little washer for one or two people, particularly white collar workers. Great being able to do small loads, but it will also wash one queensized sheet and two pillow cases. Have been using the product at least 3 times a
week and so far have not had an ounce of problems. This is
nearly as good as sliced bread. If I knew how good this

Small and compact, great for the small space
of my apartment. Gives a good clean wash within 30 mins if
set on low/gentle cycle. Best if water outlet hose is placed
in a high position otherwise water drizzles out and the

I was a little aprehensive about buying a washing machine on line because of reports I had read that Lemair were not noted for after sales service. I was sure I had made a mistake when the machine arrived, missing the adjusting foot. We were due to leave on a caravan holiday in just a few days so I was not optomistic when I rang Appliances on Line to ask for a replacement foot. I was pleasantly surprised by the backup service I received. The replacement part arrived in time for our machine to be installed in our caravan and was backed up with a phone call to confirm receipt. Ordering and delivery was on time, however: 1. the truck stopped out of sight down the street, 2. the appliance had no packaging which I found to be peculiar and as there was water in the machine it may have been previously used. There was no restraining material in the top of the drum to prevent it from vibrating in transport 3. the person delivering insisted on having my driving licence number stating it was company policy. I persistently refused to provide the information which was eventually accepted. There is absolutely no reason that this should have been requested. AlanTERREY HILLS, NSW
The service from order to delivery was
excellent, the only thing that was noted was that the
delivery driver was not informed of the additional
information supplied when ordered for the location of my
place. This info told him the exact location of my house. My
address town is Taggerty but I live outside the town
boundaries ie: 60 km limit. The driver didn't know
this. Additional info is important and must be given to the

I was pleasantly surprised with appliances online. A This washing machine is perfectly able to be used by filling by bucket - I do this a lot when camping if water supply cannot be connected. The machine stops if not getting water - but you do need to watch as it goes through the wash.
Q I am looking for a washer to use in the caravan. My electrical expert mate wants me to find out how much power the XQB22 uses so that he can work out what we need to generate and invert. Can you help please?

On Monday evening I ordered a new front loading washing machine from your
website. The process for ordering was quick & efficient, the prices and
services offered, excellent. We had been told earlier by a service technician
that our current machine was not worth fixing; and had been recommended to your
website by friends. The day after placing the order I decided to have a look
at the machine for myself and after removing some of the plumbing found that a
hanky had clogged the drain pipe, hanky removed, the machine ran fine. At this point expecting the worst I rang your company to ask for a order
cancellation, and to my surprise and pleasure, it was done quickly and my credit
card payment was refunded promptly. In the future when we do have to
