The Winnings Group comprises Winning Appliances, Australia’s leading kitchen and laundry appliance specialist, and the online retailer Appliances Online, which has experienced remarkable growth since 2005.

The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Experience Specialist to join our fun and dedicated team. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure all Appliances Online customers have a great experience from start to finish when dealing with us.  This role consists of dealing with customers to resolve issues and discuss our services, understanding business processes and tools we use to measure customer satisfaction, understanding the internal workings of the business and the processes that go into order, sales and delivery.

You will be responsible for measuring customers’ experience through simple follow up surveys, phone calls and emails. Providing feedback to the team, finding areas of strengths & weakness to improve the service level of delivery. Publishing independent feedback, product and service reviews and product questions and answers onto the website, and much more!

Skills & Requirements:

•    Someone who can work well under pressure and think of quick resolutions to resolve customers’ problems in a timely manner
•    Someone who can emphasise with the customer, always putting them first and can think of every situation from the customer’s point of view
•    Value & passion for exceptional customer service
•    Great attitude, able to learn and adapt to new systems, tools & technologies
•    Previous experience  in customer service will be highly regarded
•    Strong communication, time management & problem solving skills
•    Commitment, strong work ethic, honesty & integrity
•    Must be available for weekend, evening and public holiday shifts.

Louise is a writer with a passion for appliances, especially those that involve food. She is particularly fond of ovens because they enable her to make cake.
