Meet the Appliances Online Customer Support Team

With over twenty years of appliance industry experience between them, Hoddo and Dugald are the first point of contact for anyone seeking advice about buying appliances. Over the phone, Hoddo and Dugald provide product information so that our customers can get the right products to suit their needs and their budget. They also help to fix any problems, and walk people through the process of buying online.
“Washing machine size is the most commonly asked question,” says Dugald. “With so many different products on the market, it can be easy for people to get overwhelmed. My job is to make sure our customers get exactly what they need.”
“The best part of my job is talking to people from all over Australia,” Hoddo explains. “I’ve heard some really good yarns from people as far away as Kalgoorlie and Mount Isa. Hearing about other people’s experiences is interesting – no two days are the same.”
And it’s the relaxed atmosphere within the Appliances Online office which both Hoddo and Dugald agree is our best asset. “We work alongside people of all ages, and everyone is friendly and easy going.”
