Last weekend, the kettle blew up, the cars oil thingy lit up and my dearly loved front loader which has moved interstate three times in 5 years decided it had finally had enough. So had I – with no time and no desire to deal with any of the above so got on the internet last Tuesday night...here is my experience
Step 1: Google on Tuesday 2nd, after work
Step 2: Find appliancesonline.com.au, check out brands, features and prices (excellent!)
Step 3: Order new washing machine, delivery on Thursday please with a phone call half hour prior, take away the old one and install the new one – for $20!!!!
Step 4: Emailed receipts and acknowledgement of order (same night)
Step 5: Thursday – as promised – phone call half hour prior, old one taken to heaven, new one installed, the delivery man was friendly, thorough and efficient. I was away from work for less than an hour.
Step 6: Go home and play with new toy
Step 7:Write thank you email
What an absolute shock, pleasure and relief to deal with efficient, friendly people who deliver an excellent product, price and service on time and as advertised.

Hi, I wanted to write to thank you for the speedy service I received yesterday. I placed my order at 11am Monday, and called to check on the expected delivery time for the Wednesday. It was expected to be in the middle of the day which didn't suit as I had to be at work. Instead of waiting until my next day off (Mon), your helpful staff member arranged for my washing machine to be delivered that afternoon and within 4 hrs from placing my order I was using my newly installed washing machine! Ordered a Bosch front loader on Friday night and could have had delivery the following Monday but work commitments did not allow for this, so arranged a day off without hassles from my employer and it was delivered, installed and old machine removed 3 days later, delivery guy was excellent & courteous in every way. I did my homework & shopped around, found out which machine was value for money and you had exactly what I had found in another store and I save almost a $100 off their best price plus I would have had to pay for delivery and had to get rid of my old machine myself. I phoned to ask some questions about delivery and was pleased to get through to a person quickly and without having to make endless choices on the phone keys. All the customer service people that I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The delivery service was excellent. They managed to inform me of the time they would arrive and managed to keep close to that time. The delivery person did the job efficiently and was not fazed by sorting out a problem with the tap. He tested the machine to ensure it was able to fill and empty and went through the basic use of the machine with me. All the paperwork was done efficiently. I phone to confirm delivery days as we're in the process of moving into our new house, and you were able to on the day we required (today). I ordered a new washing machine last week, and asked for delivery today. 7.30am received phone to let me know the delivery would be in 30 minutes. 8.00am Here on time! 10.00am - doing my second load of washing. Brilliant service! The delivery men were polite and efficient. They connected my new machine and took the old (22 years old!) machine away for me. You can't ask for better service than that. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer care.

Hi team, I know you probably receive great feedback all the time but I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with my experience with Appliances Online. My washing machine broke down on Thursday night. After doing a bit of internet research, I found Appliances Online to be cheapest of all competitors and free delivery! Not even 2 hours after my machine breaking, I had ordered my new Samsung machine from you (which works great, by the way) and was thrilled to know it would be delivered on Monday.
