"A site that actually helped me "

Thank you for a site that actually helped me find the info I wanted quickly and easily. I especially liked being able to narrow my search in fridge freezers by style (freezer on top, frost free) and specific dimensions, as my fridge opening is wider but shorter than average. Kudos to the designer for thinking about how the consumer wants to use your site (rather than what is currently "in" ).

"8.00am Here on time! 10.00am - doing my second load of washing"

I ordered a new washing machine last week, and asked for delivery today. 7.30am received phone to let me know the delivery would be in 30 minutes. 8.00am Here on time! 10.00am - doing my second load of washing. Brilliant service! The delivery men were polite and efficient. They connected my new machine and took the old (22 years old!) machine away for me. You can't ask for better service than that. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer care.
PS. The washing machine is fantastic and at a great price!

"Fast delivery cannot be faulted"

The prompt efficient service from phone purchase to fast delivery cannot be faulted..The internet gave me all the time I needed to peruse all types of dishwashers.. it was so easy to find the one for me..a quick phone call & a very helpful sales person (thanks Kamahl) the deal was done..My dishwasher arrived on time next day.. Easy to use ,does the job, Can,t ask for more.. Recommended!.... Ann P

"Such cooperative people it's a very pleasant change"

Hi, I would like to compliment the manner and quality in the way I was treated with your company from my one and only call. I needed a frig in and I had a particular size space and I needed it the next day. I called and I was put through to Colin. I explained my situation to him and that was the end of it. He just kept at it until he found what I wanted and what would fit into the space available. I was unsure and he reassured me that he would send one the next day. He even said don't pay if it doesnt fit send it back. At around 7.30am the next day i got a call advising me that the frig would be arriving between 8 and 10am. Sure enough at that time the guys turned up measured the space then brought in the frig. Perfect fit. Thanks. It is very rare today to be treated by such cooperative people it's a very pleasant change. Thanks again Frank
