However, it was when we experienced the problem created by the GE installers and saw the level of effort that your staff went to in order to ensure that we got a positive outcome to the problem that we were blown away. The commitment to us as your customers was outstanding despite the fact that the problems we experienced were not the fault of your company. Then to receive a personal visit from you, a senior executive, to check out the problem was special. Hi Appliances Online, Just want to say that you guys are brilliant!! I ordered my front loader washing machine two days ago, picking my delivery day for today. I received the best, most efficient and informative service. The delivery team rang and delivered the washing machine when they said they would, and within half an hour they had it installed and ready to use, and whisked my poor old top loader away. AND your prices are the cheapest Ive found online, AND you provide free delivery! Best service, value for money and exceptionally swift. I will definitely be contacting Appliances Online for my future appliance needs, and recommending you to anyone and everyone. Thanks so much for making life easier and for your brilliant service.

I have been very impressed with the professional & prompt service from Appliances Online. The website is easy to navigate, informative, product variety & availability is very good and the prices are unbeatable! I have now bought a w/machine & a few weeks later a vaccuum cleaner. When I called the customer service line about each product & new year delivery times, they were very helpful and professional.The admin emails & delivery confirmation calls were prompt professional and clear. The delivery men were fantastic - took great care, communicated with each other all the way up the staircase and were very thorough in their intructions while being fast & efficient. ...and took away both old products for free! So far both products are going very well, so I cant comment on aftersales service, and hope i never need to! I can totally recommend Appliances Online and have been telling all my friends to consider using them.

I am emailing today to bring to your attention a very valuable staff member of yours. After purchasing a Samsung fridge from Appliances Online we experienced repeated issues with the fridge. After being constantly passed between Samsung and Lumley, the extended warranty company, we were left with a substandard fridge with no-one willing to take responsibility. I contacted Sally who, on every occasion was courteous, helpful and patient. Sally took control of the situation and liaised with all parties and eventually exchanged the fridge for a Westinghouse. Our experience with Sally has been so positive we intend to purchase all future products through Appliances Online and would happily recommend the company to others. Sally is a genuine asset to your company and has provided us with the best customer service we have ever received by far. Congratulations on such a fantastic employee.

Appliances Online are fantastic, their prices are incredibly low, their communication was constant and the delivery company are friendly and professional. I purchased an oven, dishwasher and two air conditioners and received everything promptly.

AOL are fantastic. My fridge died 3 days before Christmas and it was full of food for our Christmas lunch. I called appliance on line immediately and within 4 hours I had a brand new fridge on my door step, the one that I wanted and at a fantastic price. Their service is far more superior than there retail competition. I'll never buy my appliances anywhere else. Many thanks!!

We were extremely pleased with Appliances Online's service. We ordered our new fridge and it arrived the next day, on Christmas eve! We were very impressed with the prices and efficency of delivery. The fridge arrived right on time (midday) as advised and was safely installed in our home. We will definetly reccomend applicances online to our friends and use them again.
