I would like to thank you for your service in delivering a new Simpson front loader washing machine. You offered to remove the defective machine at no cost and also install the new one. I cannot fault your service. The machine was delivered on time the next day. It also cost less than the price stated in Choice magazine by $126. In the future I plan to buy other products from you. Thanks very much for the excellent service we received from you. We ordered our Fisher & Paykel washing machine from you on Monday morning and it was delivered as promised the next morning on time.The price included delivery,installation and taking the old machine away. The price was better than the so called discount retailers and there was no high pressure sales people. I will be strongly recommending you to all my family, friends and colleagues.

Hi, I wanted to write to thank you for the speedy service I received yesterday. I placed my order at 11am Monday, and called to check on the expected delivery time for the Wednesday. It was expected to be in the middle of the day which didn't suit as I had to be at work. Instead of waiting until my next day off (Mon), your helpful staff member arranged for my washing machine to be delivered that afternoon and within 4 hrs from placing my order I was using my newly installed washing machine! Thank you very much for saving me from a week of dirty laundry!

Using Murphy's Law, I needed a new washing machine late on Sat 29th December. So I googled to find something and placed my order with appliancesonline.com.au. I chose my delivery date as the very next business day of 2nd January, but was very sceptical. It was delivered at 8.30am on 2nd, installed and the old one taken away at no extra cost. I am just so impressed and will continue to advise my friends to use appliancesonline.

I wanted to personally write and thank you for your great service at a time when I was very frustrated. I bought a washing machine from you in December 2006, a Samsung JV1455. In May it stopped working and since then I have had 4+ service calls over 4 months with the machine going to and from the workshop for repairs numerous times. Even after speaking to Samsung I could not resolve this. Thank you for understanding and delivering me a new machine shortly after our discussions. You are an asset to your company, so keep up the great work as this sets you apart. I will definitely recommend you and make my next appliance purchase from Appliances Online.

I recently purchased a washing machine from your company and wish to sincerely compliment you and your whole team on the ease and satisfaction of that process.
I had just experienced the opposite - had purchased a washing machine which finally arrived 9 days later and then didn't work as it had been damaged during delivery! I found myself back at square one sourcing another new machine. Through the Internet I decided which machine I wanted and your company (totally unknown to me) provided: -

It turned out to be a lemon – it stopped working two months ago, and Samsung has not been able to fix it. When I spoke with Peter today, he went out of his way to help me with the situation. While this situation isn't resolved yet, I'm really very impressed by the help you guys have shown me.
