Hi, Just received my coffee machine and dryer. Thrilled with both and cannot believe the service. Phone call confirmation night before delivery exactly on time. Tony really nice delivery guy and a follow up phone call to ensure I was happy. Well I am happy and very impressed with the excellent service. Even put in some extra coffee pods for me. Yea!!! Fantastic.

I've just bought a tumple dryer from you and have to comment on the efficiency of your service. I ordered late on Wed night and at 10am Friday my spangley new tumble dryer has been delivered. I asked for a call to tell me when it would be delivered he called at 9.20am said they'd be here between 10 and 11 and bang on 10am he was here - brilliant! Well Done I will definitely look at your site next time I am buying!

On Monday lunchtime I ordered and paid for a clothes dryer online, and by Tuesday morning it was delivered (free!) and our old dryer was taken away (free!). And also for getting it all delivered in time to have it installed before the start of Term 2. The children at early care have enjoyed pancakes for breakfast and the children in afternoon care have been enjoying little pizzas.

Campbell at your shop was really helpful when I had queries, and the delivery guy called (as requested) an hour before delivery so I could ensure I was home. The best service we have encounted in many years. There is always some excuse or problem in delivery or the cost, all was great and thankyou for the lovely person on the end of the phone. I just wanted to say thanks for the great service I received from your company. I ordered my dryer on Sunday (I was enticed by the free delivery) It arrived on the day I had chosen. I was actually going to call on the Tuesday morning just to confirm it would actually be delivered (as I have had problems in the past from other companies)but before I could even do that I got a call before 9am to say it would be delivered in 15 mins.
On delivery the men were very nice to my daughter and did not seem to complain that it was 2 flights of stairs which makes a change. This proves that a system without person to person contact really does work and I find it preferable. Thanks for the great job, I will definitely use you again.

Congratulations on fantastic service.
I ordered the item below at 2.30pm on Wednesday, at 8.00am Thursday it was
on my doorstep. Can't believe you can be that good!
The reason we bought the oven was that ours broke down and a new electronic
timer from Smegg was quoted at $450.00. As it was about 12 years old my wife
thought it was time to update.
So she searched the Internet to find out what was available and came upon
your excellent web site. Decided on the model she wanted, told me that she
could get a better price at 'The Good Guys' as she has been a constant
shopper there. Not only could they not match your price but they couldn't
even get close to it! And also wanted a $40.00 delivery fee.
Don't know how you do it, but I do know we will be repeat customers of yours
in the future.

I would like to thank you for your service in delivering a new Simpson front loader washing machine. You offered to remove the defective machine at no cost and also install the new one. I cannot fault your service. The machine was delivered on time the next day. It also cost less than the price stated in Choice magazine by $126.

Today we received our refrigerator. The delivery fellows rang as you said
and with
very little fuss installed the fridge and took the old fridge away and all
the packing.
I would like to compliment Appliances Online and in particular Peter and
John
for their courteous and helpful assistance in the purchase and for any other
purchases I need to make you are in my favorites menu to check your price
and availability prior to going anywhere else. Delivery was next day as you
