Not often I make the effort to send some praise out, but full marks to Colin in customer service. Our new LG front loader arrived was installed and promptly decided to overfill and drop its load and flood our laundry and adjoing room. Phoned through our issue (incidently we are still waiting for LG to get back to us)and Colin fixed the problem and arranged a replacement to unit to be deliverd - full marks to everyone including the drivers - prompt efficient and very courteous - keep up the good service - I will certainly sing your praises and you have my future business!!!!

Just wanted to say thanks for the fantastic service. I ordered a Westinghouse 430L fridge 4.00pm one day and it was delivered 9.30am the next day, and they took away my old fridge. I've recommended you to several people already. Keep up the great service.

I have bought a washing machine and a fridge from appliances online over the last two years. The service is great, I think it is excellent how delivery is included and the service where you take away
the old appliance is fantastic. The delivery people on both occasions have been prompt and courteous. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

centre and Ben (at the support centre) was very helpful. My fridge was delivered the next day within the timeframe advised the night before. The new fridge was installed, packaging and old fridge
removed. Great stuff .. I shall recommend Appliancesonline to all my friends.

Well done. After going to a store and being told maybe I could have a freezer delivered and maybe they could take it away, a quick call to Appliances Online demonstrated why I'll be back! A very helpful assitant got me the freezer I wanted, arranged for the old one to be taken away AND for next day delivery...no maybes!

When my Westinghouse Fridge arrived with a dent in the front. Dave the A-o-L contact was most helpful and as they were out of stock allowed us to use the damaged one until the new one arrives. Great customer service!!

Appliances Online overall service is superb. I ordered an appliance (washer) for my Mum late on a Wed and it was delivered, installed and the old washer taken away on Friday morning. The delivery guys were lovely to my Mum (who's 82) and the phone staff were also excellent. All backed up by a sensational price and free delivery. I could not recommend Appliances Online more!!
Does anyone know who this person could be from dealing with her, the 82 year old mum I am sure would have been mentioned over the phone.

RECOMMENDED. Recently ordered a built-in oven,cook top, & range hood. Ordered online on the Tuesday & delivered in Perth on the Thursday. Courier rang the night before to check. Good work Appliance team, you have done yourself proud.

I recently purchased a 7kg Front Load Samsung Washing Machine WF7700N6W1 from AppliancesOnline.com.au. The price was pretty good and since shipping was only $20 it was a bargain as I was able to avoid the hassle of having to organize a vehicle to pick one up in!:) They delivered it on the date I requested and my only complaint would be that they didn't ring me an hour before delivery as I was at work and could have met them at home. Overall I'm very satisfied with Appliances Online and will use them again in the future and also recommend them to others!:)

Delivery was prompt after I was contacted & the delivery man helped me install my fridge ( had to take kitchen door off to get fridge into kitchen & delivery man reassembled everything ).
