Today we received our refrigerator. The delivery fellows rang as you said and with very little fuss installed the fridge and took the old fridge away and all the packing. I would like to compliment Appliances Online and in particular Peter and John for their courteous and helpful assistance in the purchase and for any other purchases I need to make you are in my favorites menu to check your price and availability prior to going anywhere else. Delivery was next day as you guarantee which saved us a lot of dollars of spoilt food. Thankyou once again for your excellent ++++++ service.

I just wanted to let you know the fridge was delivered yesterday and everything is great.
The delivery guys were excellent. They turned up when they said they would, and even removed and then replaced a door that impeded the removal of the old fridge. I think I gave them their toughest job of the day but they handled it extremely well!

I have to thank you all for the great service you supplied. I am an elder lady and am so relieved that the installation of my new fridge was so hassle free. Both DJs and The Good Guys told me they would take my old fridge away for a fee. However, they would not guarantee that they would take the new fridge out of its box for me, as this would depend on the carrier’s time schedule. What good was a new fridge in a box to me if they took my working one away? Sadly, I remembered the trouble I had getting a new TV out of its box etc., so how was I going to manage a huge fridge? If I had of known of your wonderful service, I would have replaced my very old fridge years ago.

1. You said you would deliver the next day and you did

2. You said the driver would ring an hour before delivery and he did

3. The delivery people unpacked the fridge and took away all the packaging waste

4. The delivery people installed and levelled the fridge

5. A very good price and free delivery.

I would like to bring to your attention the efficient and quick service delivered by two of your workers - Jim and Nathan.
Last night I had a LG refrigerator delivered and the item had a paint chip right in the middle of the door. So the fridge was not plugged in or used. I was given the choice of a discount or a replacement fridge. As we have guests arriving from the US tomorrow morning, I could not wait till Fri for a replacement fridge so I accepted a discount on the purchase price. Nor did I want our old fridge sitting in the middle of the dining room til Friday. I was assured that the old fridge would be removed tonight.

Well this morning Jim and Nathan arrived, took the old fridge levelled off the new fridge and were most personable and pleasant in their manner, as well as being efficient in their job.

I would like to thank you for arranging the prompt pickup of the old fridge and compliment Jim and Nathan too.

Two years ago we bought a washing machine from you and now a fridge. With service like this I will be buying from you again and will be telling all our friends about the great prices and service your company offers.

Also saved about a $100 in comparison with buying it in a shop/s here. An immediate answer either via e-mail or phone is greatly appreciated. Cliché it might be, but one really feels a valued customer when dealing with appliancesonline. They will do all possible to help. Good old customer service, a friendly smiling face in your e-mail's in-box or at the end of a phone line. WOW, I used your company last week for the first time....to order my new fridge...and i just wanted to let you know that your service was outstanding, from the ordering to the delivery.I have a very steep driveway and normally dont like to get things delivered, but your delivery boys were very well prepared.They unloaded of the truck and on to a ute to be able to transport the fridge up the drive.Anyway thanks heaps for the great service.I have recommended you to all my friends and family. Hi Guys, Just a quick note to thank you very much for your fantastic service. I just received my fridge and it was installed by your very courteous delivery drivers. People (especially retailers) are very sceptical about purchasing whitegoods via the internet. Many claimed that web based products are seconds therefore cheaper. I can atest this is not the case.
