Founded in 1934 by Maurice Paykel & Sir Woolf Fisher, the company has grown from humble beginnings to become one of New Zealand’s most enduring and successful businesses. Today the company manufacturers refrigerators, freezers, autowashers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens and cooktops at plants in New Zealand and Australia and more recently the USA.
