Cheapest of all competitors and free delivery
Hi team, I know you probably receive great feedback all the time but I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with my experience with Appliances Online. My washing machine broke down on Thursday night. After doing a bit of internet research, I found Appliances Online to be cheapest of all competitors and free delivery! Not even 2 hours after my machine breaking, I had ordered my new Samsung machine from you (which works great, by the way) and was thrilled to know it would be delivered on Monday. I can't believe I didn't need to leave my home to buy such a large appliance and that it would be delivered so quickly and for such a competitive price. The delivery boys came in the morning and took my old machine and all the rubbish away. What a wonderful service. We sorely need companies like Appliances Online who have such a great work ethic. NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!!
