In order to redeem the offer the purchases must be made in one transaction, from an authorised SMEG dealer. The offer is limited to one redemption per purchase.

To claim, customers must:

  1. Go to the Smeg website promotions page and complete the official online redemption form

    2. or

  2. Call the redemption line 02 8667 4888 to complete the official redemption form
  3. Forward a COPY OF THE ITEMISED INVOICE AND FULLY-PAID RECEIPT, VERIFYING THE PURCHASE. Proof of purchase must clearly show the qualifying products purchased, the purchase price and date of purchase.

Purchase verification can be submitted via the following methods:

The redemption form, copy of itemised invoice, and copy of fully-paid receipt, must be received by Smeg Australia Pty Ltd ON OR BEFORE 30 SEPTEMBER 2015.

STRICTLY NO REDEMPTIONS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THIS DATE.

Please allow twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt and processing by the Promoter for delivery to redeemer’s nominated delivery address. The redemption will be delivered to anywhere within Australia and no goods will be held after the twelve (12) week delivery period.
