Georgia in customer service is a real credit to the compalny and quickly agreed to send me an LPG Mainifold to replace the Natural Gas one. It arrived within a couple of days and is being fitted on Wednesday by the plumber. If only all customer service was as good as that of Georgia and her team, I would be a very happy man. Well done Georgia and thank you once again for going the extra mile to solve my problem. I have bought appliances before from Appliancesonline and never had any problems, but it is at times when you do that you really find out whether you are dealing with a professional company or one just interested in moving boxes. If all staff are as thorough and professional as Georgia, I would not hesitate to buy from them again. I was kept up to date with the progress of our order through SMS, and received a phone call this morning giving us a window for delivery as promised. Our brand new washing machine was delivered (for FREE) this morning BEFORE 10am. It was installed (for FREE) and our old washing machine removed (again for FREE). Thank you for a completely hassle free transaction and fantastic service.
