The washing machine had a slightly broken door handle, which you would have only noticed when opening the door, as well a broken heating valve. The latter caused the machine to consistently draw water when the tap was turned on, even when the machine was switched off by the powerpoint. We had to contact Electrolux, who came out to fix these issues. The machine now works like a treat.
