Coffee machine is very easy to operate. Nice coffee taste & good milk froth. Easy to clean. Only downside would be that coffee is not hot enough.
Appliances Online have a website that is very easy to navigate & use. Unfortunately even though we proceeded with a sale and the money was debited from our account we received a call stating that the product was out of stock and the delivery date needed to be altered. We were very understanding as we realise that this can be the case, however, when the delivery date was changed another 4 times we were very disappointed. Meanwhile, on the website this product was still not listed as out of stock so other customers were being placed in the same position we were in - very unprofessional. We also had changed holiday plans to be available for delivery of our item. Though the staff were pleasant when speaking to us having a delivery date changed so many times was really unacceptable. Even when we were notified that the stock had arrived a staff member tried to change our delivery date for a 6th time - we refused to accept this so the item was delivered on the 5th alternate date. The prices at Appliances Online are excellent but it is a shame that the website does not accurately reflect the availability of stock. Furthermore, the item arrived with a power cord that is European, which were were not advised this would be the case, so we then had to purchase an adapter just to be able to use our new item which was disappointing and another expense.
Happy with the service, however we did not recieve the coffee beans and the milk jug that was a part of the deal.
