I think Appliances Online are a wonderful organization. How convenient not to have to walk through a dozen shopfronts to get the service and deal I want! They were the best on price (I've bought a disposal unit and a microwave from them on 2 seperate occassions) and thoroughly professional no matter who you speak with when you call them. Delivery happened exactly as promised - no surprises. I would look for ways to ensure my next household purchase is made through them. I'm a fan for life now, they deserve many accolades! It is so refreshing to deal with a company who has it all together - these days there is such mediocrity out there in retail-land, I've experienced it so often.
