Just a quick note to thank everybody at Appliances Online (and their couriers) for getting our new Wall Oven and Microwave Oven to us so quickly. I have to say I was a little worried about spending so much money online ($1,498) without anything more than a web interface. Living in WA made it that more risky. I have to say the experience was an enjoyable and financially rewarding one that went without a hitch. Took just 6 working days to receive the goods after making payment. The freight charge was very, very reasonable and I was kept fully informed along the way. In fact, the goods arrived before they even made it to the courier's tracking system !! Congratulations on fantastic service. I ordered the item below at 2.30pm on Wednesday, at 8.00am Thursday it was on my doorstep. Can't believe you can be that good!
The reason we bought the oven was that ours broke down and a new electronic timer from Smegg was quoted at $450.00. As it was about 12 years old my wife thought it was time to update.
So she searched the Internet to find out what was available and came upon your excellent web site. Decided on the model she wanted, told me that she could get a better price at 'The Good Guys' as she has been a constant shopper there. Not only could they not match your price but they couldn't even get close to it! And also wanted a $40.00 delivery fee. Don't know how you do it, but I do know we will be repeat customers of yours in the future.

I just wanted to tell you how fabulous you are!! Living in remote WA it is hard to find just what you want I wanted to replace my old non-working Westinghouse free standing gas oven with something similar. The only thing on offer in my town yesterday was an Emelia for about $1300. It is a nice unit and I was tempted to buy it when my financial advisor (my Dad) suggested I have a look online to find a cheaper solution. I found a simple oven that suits my needs and will be delivered for less than $900. What you do is great, thank you very much, I look forward to receiving my new stove soon.

I bought a Westinghouse dual fuel upright oven (DSP635W) from you in 2008 and after two years I am still delighted with it. It's very easy to clean and everything works extremely well. The oven is just superb - even, reliable, steady and a good clean dry heat that is perfect for baking. Appliances Online are also a great company to deal with, and I've recommended you and the stove to one of my friends. She is just as happy with her all gas version of the same stove, so thank you from both of us.
