Shae Goodwin - Customer Service Representative

Arriving at our new Edgecliff office in August 2010, Shae has proven a dynamite addition to our call centre team. Blessed with a wicked smile she has settled into her Customer Service role with ease. Her friendly and polite manner has endeared her to both our customers and her fellow employees.

Shae's desk resides at the sales end of our “engine-room.” This location places her in the thick of the hustle bustle that is the Appliances Online office. Amidst this rough and ready environment she holds her own with great character and charming determination.

For one so young Shae has excellent, across the board appliance product knowledge. Shae learnt the white ods trade the old school way on the showroom floor. Working at a major Australian retailer of appliances during her high school years she rose swiftly through the ranks to assume management duties.
