Sally Boileau - Customer Service Manager

Sally is a daily source of energy for all of us here at Appliances Online. Gaining great strength through exercise and fitness – particularly in the early morning hours prior to work – she brings a youthful verve to our office and her job.
Sally fulfils her role as our Customer Service Manager with aplomb. Enjoying being back in the fast-paced, city workforce, she holds firm to the belief that “Feedback is the Breakfast of Champions.” Her background in guest relations / customer service at the Regent of Sydney Hotel and her Finance Management role at BMW Sydney make her an ideal interface between our customers and our management team. Always there to offer a concerned ear, Sally enjoys listening to our customers and resolving any concerns they may have.
On most weekends Sally can be found supporting her family on the sporting sidelines of our fair land. Rugby fields, show jumping grounds, rowing grandstands, the long list of venues is testament to her commitment to being a great mum. Evenings often find her sharing a restaurant table with close friends and a glass of pinot noir. Sally likes to comment on and take note of a beautiful or “chardonnay afternoon” and loves the sunshine of the great outdoors.
Providing support for both our customers and her fellow staff members is Sally's specialty. Her positive energy is one we all draw upon and aspire to match.
