David Beck - Call Centre Manager

David is a modern guy. Born and bred in the inner-city Sydney suburb of Darlinghurst, the fast-paced and colourful aspects of city life float by him like water off a duck's back. These strong urban roots make him a natural leader in our bustling call centre environment.
David is a relaxed character who brings a true sense of calm to his management style. With a background in IT recruitment he possesses great technological knowledge of computer and phone systems. However, it is talking to customers that excites David and gets him out of bed each morning. He has an approachable, warm phone manner appreciated by many of our customers. Only as od as his last call, he leads by example in his attention to detail and offering honest advice to all.
David likes to keep abreast of the latest and greatest advancements in technology. He has excellent knowledge of electronic control panels used in appliances and is a great source of general information for customers and all of us here at Appliances Online.
Staying up-to-date es hand in hand with staying up late! Getting around on his Bolwell Firenze “man scooter”, David likes the mellow feeling of harbour wind brushing through his hair at night. A man of many talents, David has been known to enjoy the atmosphere of a dingy bar room concert into the wee hours of the morning. Most importantly, David wonders when Thai restaurants in Australia will run out of puns with which to incorporate the use of the word ‘Thai’ in their titles.
