An Omega retractable rangehood can be mounted above your cooktop in the cupboard, suspended from a shelf in the cabinetry cavity. The retractable front fascia rail will fully integrate into the cupboard line when the rangehood is not in use. And to complete the seamless look, the front rail can be replaced by your own choice of dÉcor strip (not included).
To operate, simply pull the rail of your Omega retractable out to activate the preset fan speed and/or lights. A highly efficient air extraction of up to 210 cubic metres an hour will ensure that your kitchen is kept clean and fresh. For best results you should duct your rangehood outside via the top exit. Alternatively, the extracted and filtered air can be recirculated via a duct pipe through the overhead cabinetry. (As an optional extra, you can purchase a charcoal filter to further diminish cooking odours when using the recirculation option).
Omega rangehoods are also very safe thanks to the thermal overload protector, and the use of fire-retardant hardened metal and mesh plus the self-extinguishing polycarbonate for the motor housing and internal flue.
