Our home was constantly damp and prone to mould/mildew, the Omega dehumidifier has made such a difference. The rooms no longer have that cold damp feel, and the mildew/mould growth has decreased. Our bath towels are also drying now! The machine makes a noise like an air con unit but we quickly got used to it. We use it in the main bedroom during the day and put it out in the lounge area at night. Shelley

The Dehumidifier works quite well, however,
there is a bright blue light down the front centre of the
unit which is on whenever the unit is running. As I need
this unit to run overnight to avoid getting 'wet
windows' in the mornings, it is a tad annoying as it
lights up a whole three bedroom house! I have covered it
with white contact paper. Cristy

This is a powerful little dehumidifier, works great (and is a lot cheaper than the competition). Two downsides though:
1. Unit is quite loud, and produces a bit of vibration. I can feel it through the timber floor a metre away from my bed.
2. There's a blue LED strip on the front of it that you can't turn off, which is INSANELY bright and lights up the entire room - I taped a strip of cardboard along the length of it but it still glows really brightly around the edges Kieran

Have been good to deal with twice. My only
comment would be that in this instance it wasn't
exactly obvious that the item I ordered had to be ordered
in, thus taking much longer to arrive than hoped. Amy

It was very easy to order online and there were no time consuming problems. The courier called me in the morning, as I asked for, and told me when they are going to deliver it. The delivery guy was very nice and even carried the dehumidifier up to my office on level 4. I was very happy with everything. Beatrice

A The ODE20 is a dehumidifier that can be used in any size room. The bigger the room, the longer it will take to take the moisture out of the room. The more moisture in the room, the more you will need to empty the water storage tank.
A I have looked at the instruction manual and have done some research and I agree it was quite difficult to understand the specifications you have listed.
The dehumidifier can be left unattended:
-If on continuous drain it will reach the set humidity and then maintain this humidity.
-If not on continuous drain it will either reach the set humidity and then maintain or switch off when the water collector is full.
The timer is neglected in the product manual, I am of the impression that it would work to switch the product on at the set time, and then the dehumidifier will work to achieve and maintain the set humidity.
