To be eligible to claim up to $100 cash-back, the customer must purchase a participating product from a participating retailer between the promotional dates as advertised.

A copy of the proof of purchase must be sent in with the completed form to claim the eligible cash-back. (Excluding order confirmations or gift receipts which will not be accepted) If applying by post, it is strongly advised that you photocopy the completed form before posting your application, and hold on to the copy until your cash-back is received.

Claims must be received by Nespresso no later than Friday 30 January 2015 at 5:00pm (AEST) for online claims or last mail delivered on the claim close date (30/01/2015)

The cash-back is delivered in the form of an EFT and successful claimants should allow 10 days from when their claim has been processed and approved to receive the money in their bank account.
