The website was very clear and user friendly and the ordering/payment process extremely fast and efficient. I was amazed that I could select a delivery date even for such a small item as a kettle. replacement as soon as they could possibly deliver it,and this was done
without any difficulties whatsoever.It was almost like old fashioned
service of the "customer is always right".I have previously bought a
washing machine through Appliances Online, and again their service was
exceptional.I had often wondered what would happen if there was an issue
such as this, and it has reinforced my confidence in shopping online
particularly with large items.I hope that all businesses have this sort
