Morphy Richards Slow Cooker 48720 I am so annoyed i didn't get one sooner. This is great specially for a busy mum. I brown off the food and do all the prep the night before and then in the morning put it all in the slow cooker heat up the sauce or stock add that to it turn it on low and go do all the things i need to. By the time I've got my son from school and get him home the house smells so nice and dinners ready. It is a great idea and i couldn't recommend this slow cooker enough. Morphy Richards Slow Cooker 48720 The People in the office were very nice they rang to tell me there might be a delay due to an item not being in stock and then called when it came into stock and i got the items the day I asked for originally anyway. The delivery not as good they left dirty marks all over my new washing machine and never leveled the washing machine properly so it makes a terribly loud noise on spin cycle. They notified me when they were on there way and were quite polite though. I would most likely use again and would recommend because of the prices. Claire

A Yes it is possible to use this pan on a gas cook top, just not on an induction cook top. It's also not possible to use this pan in the oven because of the handles.

A From what I have read I have seen the same thing too in reviews. I think it also depends on how hot you have it, what exactly you are cooking etc. It's a fairly new product on the market so unfortunately there aren't too many reviews.
Q Are you able to pre-set cooking start time to delay for 1 to 2 hours? I leave home at 6 and come home at 6 is there a function that I can set to start the machine automatically at 8?

A According to the instruction manual the ceramic bowl/glass lid cannot be placed in an oven, microwave or on a cooktop for cooking/warming purposes.
I totally "love"it. The meat is so tender and I can set it and forget it, nearly!
