Brilliant vacuum package! Amazing inclusions. Love the remote buttons on the handle. Quality and suction is brilliant (as expected). Only quibble is the seam on the under side of the handle makes it slightly uncomfortable. Certainly not a big enough issue for me not to be happy with my purchase though.

This vacuum is excellent. I was tossing up Dyson vs Miele and tested them both out at a friends place. The Miele suits my needs better because it has 6 different suction settings for different functions like floor mats, lounges, hard surfaces etc. There is even a quiet setting, which let me vacuum at 11pm at night when kids were asleep. It comes with loads of different heads, but I mainly use the standard attachment. The best thing about this vacuum is that it has a super long adjustable wand, which is great for tall people. No more backaches from vacuuming - perfect. We have loads of cat hair all over our house and this has no trouble making our floors look spotless.

It does it's job well, has plenty of suction. Don't need to turn it on more than 3/5th's power. Is also relatively quiet at 3/5th's. The HEPA filter is on the motor exhaust, and air routing through the filter looks effective. The vacuum cleaner has an internal timer that tells you to replace the filter every 80 hours. Very satisifed. Was worth the money. The three piece telescopic wand does has a small amount of movement, but it doesn't leak any air and that is a very minor complaint.

Very happy with this vacuum cleaner, great suction, lots of attachments. I only have hard floors and this comes with the hard floor attachment. Great at picking up cat hair. Love the controls on the handle and the 360 swivel.
