Hi, Just writing to thank you for delivering our new Microwave exactly when we were advised that it would be and for your excellent communication skills. We received a confirmation of order, a confirmation that the item had been dispatched and a phone call a couple of hours before delivery advising of the time it would be delivered. As well as this you took away the old Microwave. Even though you gave us this excellent service you were still nearly the cheapest quote that we received. What more could we possibly have asked for. After numerous phone calls we were finally advised that delivery would not be for another three weeks. We cancelled the deal. I just wanted to thank you for your efficient and friendly service.  My microwave was delivered today (a week ahead of schedule) and the delivery chap was able to give me a 2 hour window ... unheard of!  As a more "senior" citizen and being a little wary of on-line purchasing, I would thoroughly recommend your company.  Two big ticks for the free delivery and removal of the old microwave.
