Warranty
Standard warranty
All our products come with full manufacturer's warranty. Note that you'll need the
tax invoice from your purchase to make a claim. If you lose your original tax invoice,
please let us know, and we'll re-issue it.
Commercial warranty
If you're buying something that will be used in a commercial environment, the manufacturer's
warranty covers a maximum of the first 3 months only. Note that all Westinghouse,
Kelvinator, Chef, Simpson, Electrolux and Dishlex dishwashers come with no commercial
warranty.
Extended warranty and business warranty
Appliances Online offers an extended warranty that covers parts and labour required
for repair of goods that suffer mechanical or electrical failure within Australia,
for a period of up to 3 years outside the term of the standard manufacturer's warranty.
(Subject to some
brief terms and conditions).
The extended warranty is offered by Wesfarmers General Insurance Limited trading
as Lumley Insurance ABN 24 000 036 279.
Payment
You can pay using...
You can pay with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. By arrangement, you
can also use bank transfer (EFT) or Diners Club card (call 1300 000 500 to arrange
these options). Alternatively, you can pay on delivery (COD) with cash, cheque (bank
and personal cheques with matching ID) or credit card.
No transaction fees
Importantly, no matter which payment method you use, you won't pay any transaction
fees. We absorb them all.
Return policy
Damaged goods
If the goods you bought arrive damaged in any way, you can return them free of charge.
(If the damage can't be seen, you need to obtain confirmation of the damage from
the manufacturer before returning the goods to us.) Please call 1300 000 500 to
arrange return. Once you have returned the goods, you can choose to have us replace
them or refund you the purchase price plus return delivery fees.
Undamaged goods
If you do decide to return something that is not damaged, you can do so within 7
days of receiving it if it has not been unboxed. Note that an $80 collection fee
will apply. Please call 1300 000 500 for more details.
If the goods are to be returned within 3 days of receiving them, and they have been
unboxed at any point, a 20% re stocking fee will apply, as we can no longer sell
this product through Appliances Online (it is no longer new).
A Good Question as I own one of these myself. I can tell you that I have not seen any great increase in my power bills. This machine when in use is like a thermos, once heated up it maintains temperature until you use it. Recovery rate is 1 cup in 30 seconds.
