| Flamed Garlic Prawns Serves 8 Preperation Time 15 mins Cooking Time 10 mins Ingredients 20 Pieces medium size prawns - De-Veined 50ml Brandy 3 Teaspoon chopped garlic 1 Cup chopped parsley 300 ml Cream Salt & pepper Directions Cook prawns in 2 batches Heat oil in pan Add garlic and cook till light brown Add in prawns and stir gently to have the garlic coat the prawns Pour brandy over the prawns and tilt the pan closer to the flame so that it catches alight Shake pan to get the evenness of the flame Add in cream and bring to a gentle boil Add in chopped parsley Serve |
