Flamed Garlic Prawns

Ingredients

  • 20 Pieces medium size prawns - De-Veined
  • 50ml Brandy
  • 3 Teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 Cup chopped parsley
  • 300 ml Cream
  • Salt & pepper
  • Directions

  • Cook prawns in 2 batches
  • Heat oil in pan
  • Add garlic and cook till light brown
  • Add in prawns and stir gently to have the garlic coat the prawns
  • Pour brandy over the prawns and tilt the pan closer to the flame so that it catches alight
  • Shake pan to get the evenness of the flame
  • Add in cream and bring to a gentle boil
  • Add in chopped parsley
  • Serve
