Qualifying product combination (washer and dryer) must be purchased in a single transaction during the Promotional Period (01.05.15 – 02.08.15) as indicated on your proof of purchase. Offer excludes QuickSmart™ Front Loaders.
When you enter this promotion you will be asked to supply a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt or tax invoice). Provision of a copy of proof of purchase is mandatory and can be supplied in one (1) of the following ways:
I. Scan/photograph and uploaded to online claim form (note these must be legible) or II. Photocopy and mark with your full name, contact number, serial number and unique code (provided in your confirmation of entry email) and post to: Fisher and Paykel, Attn: Laundry Rebate Promotion, PO Box 798, Cleveland, QLD 4163
Please note if you choose to mail your proof of purchase, it must be received by the Promoter at the above address by close of business 09.11.15. After this date the promotion will be closed and no mail will be accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail.
Provided that your claim meets all Terms and Conditions of this promotion and is subsequently validated, your rebate cheque will be posted to the address nominated in your online entry form. Please allow 45 days for the delivery of your rebate cheque.
